• Piout (8/5): business trip - Automatic chek-in with key box. There was a lack of heating during the first two nights. We should have informed the hosts about the issue sooner, as they were very effective in resolving the problem.
• Mark (10/5): We will return if we go back to Florence. - Away from the crowds and noise. Nice views. Felt like a villa. Nice kitchen that we used to cook meals with food from the modern Coop a mile away that was like an Italian Whole Foods. On bus line to downtown. Two lofts. We had parents on one side and children on the other.
• Marius (8/5): Very good - everything clean and neat, good appliances, kitchen well equiped, bathrooms clean, beds were perfect, parking place is perfect. sound proof didn't do its job, basicaly trafic is like going through the house, every noise coming from the trafic is there. Maybe the sound proof can be improved, actualy that is the main thing which has to be worked on.
• Marco (5/5): Not confortable at all , not helpful staff, too far from everywhere - None It is too far from the city, we arrived the windows were open and lot of mosquitoes inside, I ask the staff for help with some insecticide but didn’t help. There is bus li e relative close from the place but pass every hour or more. If you don’t have car it is not a good option .

• Joseph (10/5): Will definitely book again! - It was super modern, super cute, super clean, and super comfortable. The area was perfect, very quiet from city center madness. None. It was perfect.
• Galasso (5/5): I would stay there again, but there definitely needs to be some changes to the process. - The location was ok. We could walk to the very nice grocery store and to meet the bus which was a 10 - 15 minute ride into Florence near the museums. If you keep the windows closed, the home and neighbors are quiet/nice. Otherwise, the traffic noise is too much. The house was clean and well furnished and roomy and felt very safe. If you are tall, you will not want to stay in the upstairs loft bedroom. Our friend is 6ft and kept hitting his head. We found the directions for getting into the property to be somewhat confusing. For example, at the top of the outside stairs, it would be helpful if you would let us know the door to the locked "lobby" is to the left. We were not sure and tried to unlock the door to someone's home at the top of the stairs. It is on a very busy, sometimes one way street and getting in/out of the driveway was a little stressful because you can't see around the corner if there might be oncoming traffic depending on the traffic light. Some tips for navigating that weird situation would have been nice. The house needs a binder on using and finding things. As Americans, most of us are not familiar with the radiators or the mini splits and had to watch Youtube to figure stuff out. A binder explaining what is there and where to find things and nearby facilities would be welcome. There was a pink bag on the table and all of us assumed it was someone else's and didn't look in it to find dish pods and coffee, etc. There was a significant draining problem with the downstairs shower and upstairs sink. Communication with the hosts was not sufficient for that matter and nothing was done about it during our stay.
