- Marie (9/5): Terrific property. Terrific location. - The space and location were great. Thank you. It was all good.
- Taylor (9/5): Brilliant space to stay while away for work, genuinely excited to book again. - Location. Easy of access for checking in, lovely clean tidy space and clearly well looked after. The bath plug didn’t fit so I couldn’t take a bath, and the tv has an issue in the screen making it loose colour and develop a pattern
- Cherie (10/5): Lovely centrally located apartment with everything a traveler needs. - It is very centrally located and there is no traffic noise in the area. It is a lovely apartment with everything a traveler needs. Nothing to say, it was great

- Elena (10/5): - Posto centralissimo, ambiente pilito e curato
- Luna (7/5): Great location but terrible shower! - Great location! The shower had no pressure at all, it only can rinse and not really take a shower!

- hakan (10/5): - Konum , temizlik , konfor çok iyiydi Duştaki sıcak su basıncı ve miktarı yeterli değildi , odadaki elektrikli kalorifer istikrarlı çalışmıyordu
- Michal (8/5): - Perfect location
Size of the apparment was excellent
Clean and nice The size of the bed is a bit small... Wanted extra blanket and they gave us
- Julie (10/5): Central, comfortable, clean - a complete joy to stay there - Beautiful apartment just a stones throw from Covent Garden and Neals Yard. Perfect choice. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable, will definitely stay again
- Maxim (1/5): An unexpectedly bad experience - It is a very central place and the house is nice from the outside. The checkin was easy and the owner has made video that shows how to get to the flat. We do not usually leave negative reviews, because we understand that people can have different experiences. In this case we cannot avoid it because in total this was the worst experience we have had in years of using booking.com. We are sensitive to noise, so we always try to find quiet places. This is the first time things went very wrong. We looked up the location of the flat beforehand and saw that it was not supposed to have much noise from traffic. A previous review mentioned some limited noise from the bars downstairs, but wrote that they close early. The flat is a one-room-flat and the only window opens to the street. There is an extra window-pane for sound-protection but is not sound-proof for normal street noise and it is especially unable to filter out low frequency noise (base frequencies, vibrations etc), which were for us the biggest problem in this flat. I am not sure what caused them in the evening, in the morning it was several big trucks parked outside and people moving things (supplies?) downstairs. The noise ended around 12PM-1 AM (on a Thursday) and started again around 7 AM in the morning, we were not amused. We were very surprised about the way the host communicated with us, when we tried to work out a solution of us leaving earlier for a cancellation fee (so that we would not have to write this review). She escalated very quickly, called our suggestions blackmail and wrote that she will report us to the police, to booking.com and to our employers. We had to call booking.com, which was a first time for us. Minor difficulties were a very poor and unstable wifi (see pictures: download, upload, latency), some lack of cleanliness (to which my wife is very sensitive) and a very cheap and hard bed that felt like torture, when one is used to good box-spring-beds. Instead of the planned and paid for five nights, we left after the first night.

Perfetta! Nulla

- Liz Barrett (9/5): Fantastic location in 7 Dials, close to Convent garden - The location is superb - great underground connections and easy to walk to most places within central london, including most of the theatres in London, within 5 to 15 minutes. Our longest walk was to the Old Vic , just south of Waterloo station and it only took 25 minutes. The room is spacious and it was nice to have a round glass table for eating, although there was not really enough room to situate it well without causing cramped space around it. The elevator was not working on our arrival and for 2 days afterwards. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, which is actually 4 flights of stairs which are a little narrow when carrying suitcases up that far.
The shower is a little tricky to use and the toilet did not flush well.
- Niharika (10/5): Besttt place to stay in central London. Value for money - Location I dont think so there is any better location you can find it Covent garden station is 4 min walk all the shoopping just 6 min walk … Value for money Nothing much
- Kinjal (9/5): Excellent location and property - Very convenient location and apartment with thoughtful touches like the fans. Nothing specific, except the area can be a bit noisy at night and weekends but not at a level that was a deal breaker for me.
- Geoff (8/5): Great location, clean and tidy apartment, get a purpose built shower! - Location and available space. Could have done with a good wall mounted aircon unit, stand alone ones didn’t cut it in the summer. Shower was average, head was not the best and standing in the bath with the shower curtain is a bit dated. Both these things were a bit disappointing for a modern apartment.
- Tan... (10/5): Had a pleasant stay! - Everything was great about this accommodation. 5mins walk to station, and there were shops and food everywhere. Amazingly that it was not noisy at all. Just a little sad that the lift broke down on my last day of stay and I had to carry my luggage down a few levels. But I still highly recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy stay at Covent Garden.
- Julian (9/5): Great weekend away - The location was great for getting about to see everywhere
- Justin (9/5): Superb -
- Amy (10/5): Great stay in Covent Garden - The apartment is in a great location in the heart of Covent Garden. Despite being in the midst of all the action, it was remarkably quiet to sleep, thanks to the neighboring pub closing early and double windows that effectively blocked out all the noise.
The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a great stay. The elevator was not functioning during our 4-day stay. Other than carrying luggage up multiple flights of stairs, it was fine for us, but might have been challenging for others.
- Mark (10/5): Very comfortable apartment - Great little apartment in a fantastic location
- Laura (8/5): Comfortable modern studio flat in central Seven Dials - Property location couldn't be more central to Covent Garden and theatre district, 15 minute walk to Oxford St and Regent St shopping, even less to Piccadilly line tube and multiple bus routes. Thank heavens for the lift to the 2nd floor, as I was juggling heavy suitcases! Kitchenette was very well equipped for a week's stay, with mini-fridge, microwave and full cooker; if I were staying longer, the washing machine would have been another plus. Adequate closet space (I moved the extra pillow/blanket set out of a drawer to have space for sweaters and such). Sleek modern sofa gave my friend somewhere comfortable to sit and chat over tea one afternoon. Others have remarked on the low pressure of the 'power shower' (a very typical British solution to bathrooms that were never plumbed for anything but bathtubs); at least the water was nice and hot. Love the full-height heated towel rails, but I could wish for another, decent-sized shelf in the bathroom for makeup bag and toiletries. Be aware that Seven Dials is a happenin' place, and sound will likely bounce up the narrow lane and through the otherwise adequate double-glazing. I was kind of fascinated to watch the lively young women & fond mothers lining up for a casting call in Earlham Street at 6:45a.m.! (No, it wasn't for "Matilda.")
- Sue (9/5): Lovely stay unfortunately we had to leave after two nights as our baby grandson was taken into hospital. - Lovely location. Accommodation had everything we needed. Nice that the staff messaged to check everything was ok.
- Ashley (7/5): Fab location , Great wee apartment but please sort out the shower . - Lovely apartment in great location . The communication with the host was excellent.
Comfortable little apartment. The only think we could criticise was the shower.
The bathroom was clean and tidy but there was zero power in the shower , it was almost impossible to have a shower.
- Kris (8/5): All and all was really good. - Location is excellent. Room is big enough for 2 people with big suitcases.
Staff are so helpful - we left something behind on the way out and they immediately responded even before 9am and came to help. Floor needs better cleaning. But then they have a vacuum in the cabinet. Not a big issue. Water pressure for shower is a bit low to my liking.
- Morne (7/5): Good -
- Wendy (10/5): A great little place to stay, and would definitely recommend. - Clean and safe, walking distance to everything! Can’t think of anything
- Gillian (9/5): Superb -
- Gaku (9/5): Great starting point for London travel. - Fantastic location. Prompt response on every question asked, even late into the night. Clear instructions on everything. Very easy check-in and check-out. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again. Water pressure could use some work. But the management did try at the earliest possibility to remedy the problem. I guess that’s part of staying in the neighborhood.
- Gabriele (10/5): Great studio apartment in Covent Garden - 10/10 stars - The apartment is a comfortable studio (with separate kitchen) in Covent Garden. The Location is superb - you can walk anywhere from this apartment. The studio is very classy and designed like a hotel suite with a comfortable bed, spacious wardrobe and a fully fitted kitchen. While being super central, the apartment was super quiet thanks to very good glazing of the windows. The host provided very useful information and the self-check in procedure was super easy. Thank you Welcome.London for a great stay - I will definitely be back and would recommend to friends and family.
- Bryan (9/5): Great visit and the apartment made for a great home base. - Great Location. Clean Strange smell in kitchen. Room very hot during the London heatwave (AC weak)
- Hyesung (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was clean and location is perfect!
I will visit again
- Mary (10/5): Amazing flat, super clean and very comfortable king bed! - Super central, cozy flat, comfy bed! Very clean
