• Ben (8/5): Very expensive for standard apartment. - Check in process was painful. Had to conplete a form including passport details when local. Received constant messages on the say of checkin on where we were and how long we would be then found out we had to drive to a different location as it’s a business that wanted to go home. When leaving, you have to move car then go back up to leave keys in the apartment. Beds were very firm.

• Tamar (8/5): While a nice apartment a little far away from the hub of Broadbeach - A new property with a view of the ocean. The key pick up was a bit of a pfaff. Would hv been good to have had a compendium with notes on the property. Pool hours, feeding the birds etc. Was situated in between Broadbeach and surfers, so not really walking distance to restaurants.
• Janine (9/5): - Lovely clean new building. Quiet sleeping. Location was fantastic. It would have been easier to collect the keys at reception instead of away from the accommodation. No view
• Mitch (9/5): - Was a bit of a drive to the location, parking was confusing. 6 people & not enough couches for all to sit on. All other amenities were good once we figured out how to use the hot plates.
• Andre (8/5): Modern clean apartment, nice amenities and close to the beach. - Location to the beach, hot tub, heated swimming pool and sauna. Smaller hotel, so not too busy - easy and quick to get lifts up and down. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. No gym at this property. Beds and pillows were fairly uncomfortable. Everything else though was fantastic.
• Pieter (8/5): Great place - The common amenities including pool, sauna were great and were managed and clean exceptionally well by the very friendly janitor. The location is very good close to the beach and tram station. Very clean and new appartement with all basics. For the key collection you need to go to the office which is quite far from the appartement. Why is this not arranged with the staffed desk at the property? The kitchen is a bit under equipped. There is a lot of empty space not containing useful tools like scissors, pans and other things that are usually in a kitchen.

• Danielle (8/5): Perfect location, great pool/spa and the best beds ever - Loved the location, the pool and the BEDS! The beds were so comfortable! The cleaning before we got there was just a bit subpar, but when mentioning this to the booking company they offered us a later checkout which was awesome.

• Annette (8/5): Great for a short family visit to attend a function - great location & easy to locate and get to The hosts were able to accomodate a potential late check in/key collection. Comfortable, quiet and clean. A small but expensive grocery shop is a short walk away, and a great cafe nearby. maybe a couple more chairs on the balcony, given that it is accomodation for 6, but there were only 3 chairs there
• Janelle (9/5): Loved our stay at the Cassa Vue - A little tricky to gain access initially, but well worth any minor inconvenience. Very comfortable and spacious apartment, perfect for our family of four. Well located. Nice and quiet. Very clean and appreciated the complex facilities (loved the spa and sauna). It would be terrific if a coffee pod machine was available.
