• Sarah (10/5): Perfekt Unterkunft in Joburg. - Die Unterkunft war ideal, da sehr geräumig und gross. Sie hat alles, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigen würde. Die Lage ist optimal - nur wenige Minuten von Sandton City entfernt. Auch zwei ShopppingCentre (Benmore und Morningside) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und man findet dort alles, was man braucht. Gerne möchte ich noch den Eigentümer des Apartments hervorheben. Er ist extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben etwas in der Unterkunft vergessen und er hat uns dies sogar nachgeschickt! Super Service. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Joburg wieder dort buchen.

• Sisanda (5/5): It was pleasant - Beds were big and comfy. Decent size apartment. Iron was available. Host gave us wrong room number. Shower was cold and no water pressure. No soap, no toothpaste. Not cleaned properly. Blinds are not adjustable.

• Onke (7/5): I am a very fair person and she sounded remorseful about the whole situation, but she needs to do better next time becau - I love the location, easy access to the restaurant. The host was late for check in, we had to contact her to find out what was the delay, we were running out of time and had to check in while the helper was still cleaning. There was no adapter to charge to our phones until we requested it and it was the small one with one pot, the host knew that we are four inside the apartment. She must do better next time. I was shocked that she did not even leave us litters of still water to welcome us. We do not drink tap water. And please she needs to change the foam bath in the showers, that one has no bubbles, it’s dead.

Prefer to book directly with the hotel on my next stay. - The proximity to Sandton Mall and access to highway I am not happy by the state of cleanliness and service to my booking. I shared this with the owner 1. Bedrooms - The covers have dirt on them. - ⁠The sheets are have some stains and discolourations on them. I am struggling to sleep on the bed. - ⁠there are no blankets but summer throws. We called for blankets and no one returned our call. We did not receive the fleece blankets that were being provided. 2. ⁠Living room - the couch is dirty with stains and what appears to be a cigarette burn - ⁠the carpet itself is dirty and needs cleaning. 3. Kitchen - the floor itself needs cleaning ( see picture attached). - ⁠plates need thorough cleaning as they have dirt stuck on them 4. Wi-Fi kept dropping and has to be rebooted. They tried to clean next day but the sheets still had bad stains on them. It was a waste of money and told them I will pursue a refund. I also attached many photos taken to show the state of cleanliness. I will not recommend them.
