• Shermin (4/5): - Great location, spacious We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and spent about RM900, hoping for a relaxing staycation with our child. Unfortunately, the WiFi was not working during our entire stay. We informed the management staff right after check-in, but were told to wait for a technician, and no temporary solution (like a portable WiFi or eSIM) was provided. It was quite inconvenient since we had planned to spend most of our time indoors. Other than that, the place was generally fine, but we were disappointed with how the WiFi issue was handled. Overall, I would rate this stay around 4 out of 10 — the accommodation was decent, but the service and problem handling could have been much better.

• Thirukumern (1/5): - Only the location Service and arrange was bad... not a clear instructions. Secondly, the support was very bad and when you call they don't answer and no proper response. Suggest never take this place even there is no choice.

The landlord only left a message saying "I asked for my cleaner" and then disappeared. He did not let us know immediately whether we could change rooms or clean them immediately. We asked for a full refund and he said he would do it for us and then disappeared. Is this your service attitude? It is simply unreasonable... Dirty, disgusting, irresponsible, deceiving consumers

• Huilin (5/5): Passable - Size of apartment is big and view is not bad. There is KTV in the living room which provide the only entertainment during the stay. Very near to eatries and Aeon shopping mall. Mailbox location is not clearly instructed by the security guards. Bathroom mat feels dirty after stepping and doesn't dry our feet at all. Routers not working, reflected to the host but no response. So no WiFi during the whole stay. Air-conditioning not well maintained, one is not cold enough, one is leaking water and ice suddenly. There is only 1 rubbish bin in the kitchen. No dishwasher, shampoo provided.
• Nanahali (2/5): Too quiet at night, abit eerie if u r in the room/apartment alone. - Near amenities, aeon Mall..eateries eg. mcd/burgerking. Projector in the room. Collection of keycard at letterbox at carpark basement.Room amenities eg: bathroom dirty, leftover shampoo not thrown. Tv in room not functional. Showerhead broken. Feedback to host but was ignored. Alot of bagworm on walls/curtain. One of the ceiling fan is dysfunctional. Going down to the main lobby has to go through a floor that links to another lift. Abit eerie at night and i couldnt sleep well for 2 days of the stay.
• Barry (7/5): Can be better if the rooms been clean up properly, specially the bed sheet - location is good for amenities and has good facility specially the security. location at the high level make it very nice to have the surrounding view specially at night. cleaness of the bed sheet, it was not been change from the previous guest, there was lot's of dirty mark on the bed sheet such as shoes mark.

The host was very bad, sent me to another place to get the key just to check-in, how come I booked in a place & got my unit keys from another place!!! You feel that he doesn't know or care about the business. Really bad experience! The apartment floor was sticky & not cleaned well. Not recommended as all
