• Madhuka (9/5): Very nice stay - The apartment was clean, well maintained & comfortable.the hosts had anticipated our needs such as bottled water, milk, snacks, etc, for our arrival.

• Dundik (9/5): - Die Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie war geräumig und sauber mit Klimaanlage. Es gab einen Supermarkt. Geschäfte , Apotheke und einige Lokale in der Nähe. Um nach Rom reimzufahren, benötigt man eine Std Busfahrt. Kosten 1,50€ pro Person. Achtung pro Person eine Vasa oder MasterCard. Oder Tickets im Tabakshop.
• Hicham (9/5): - * Geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Bädern: Bietet viel Platz und Komfort. * Voll funktionierende Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer: Sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen, besonders wichtig im Sommer. * Sauberkeit und gute Ausstattung: Die Wohnung war gepflegt und es fehlte an nichts. * Sicherer Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz: Beruhigend zu wissen, dass das Auto sicher untergebracht ist. * Pünktlicher und freundlicher Empfang: Die Ankunft war reibungslos und die Einweisung sehr hilfreich. * Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort: Sehr praktisch für den täglichen Bedarf. * Kein Aufzug zum Parkplatz: Das Tragen von Gepäck vom oder zum Auto kann mühsam sein. * Keine späten Zugverbindungen (ab ca. 23:00 Uhr): Das schränkt die Flexibilität am Abend ein und kann zusätzliche Taxikosten verursachen.

• Kirstyn (10/5): Excellent stay - a perfect and safe location for exploring Rome. - Safe, plenty of room, clean, cool and good parking, would definitely come back again and wholeheartedly recommend. A Google map for parking and locating the apartment would be helpful for arrival. The oven wasn't connected and it wasn't mentioned upon arrival so we shopped for pizza and then found out - but the owner offered to refund our shopping if we were unable to cook it - you can cook pizza on the hob we discovered - so all good in the end and not really a problem - just a comment. Definitely not a complaint!
• Iryna (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was the best we have ever rented on bookings. Large rooms, comfortable beds, TV and air conditioning in every room. Two bathrooms and a washing machine, all the supplies we needed. The friendly host met us and walked us into the house, explained and showed us everything. Also a nice bonus of pasta, tomato sauce and tuna. After a gruelling road trip, you can make a very tasty dinner out of these foods. Sweet biscuits, tea and coffee were also left over. All in all, we were very pleased with the accommodation we chose. There were no problems or disadvantages. Only pluses and positive impressions. If we ever visit Rome again, we will live only here with Mr Simonе. We heartily recommend his apartment!
• Tatiana (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It had everything needed for a family with children, including two showers - Good value for money, everything necessary is available in the apartment, spacious layout, two toilets and showers, a large enclosed balcony with a table and chairs, convenient transportation access, a grocery store with a wide selection of products right next to the building, and quick response from the host to any requests.

• Cornelius (9/5): Perfect and extremely inexpensive for practical people and middle-class travelers. - The uncomplicated handling of the entire stay: The exact location of the apartment, check-in with personal details, key handover, tourist tax, all cleverly communicated via WhatsApp. My Mom and me visited Rome for one week, planned to reside outside and commute to the center by public transport. The place was ideal for this project and should also work for a family of four, who would have no problems spending one hour each way (Pantheon) and can deal with the capriols of the Roman public transport 😉 The kitchen could probably use some modernization, but it is clean, functionally adequate and seems to offer solid basic equipment for cooking, if you are not too demanding to crockery and cutlery. It was totally enough for us, since we used it only for breakfast/snacks and dinnered out. And most visitors should say that these whiners are at a high level, even because the two spleeping- and bathrooms are clean and comfortabel. !!! PLEASE, READ THE POSITIVES BEFORE !!! All rooms had been misted with air freshener bottles. Not to everyone's taste, so off to the brome closet 😉

• Gloria (10/5): excellent host, exceptionally clean and comfortable - Host had snacks, pasta, sauce, coffee, pastries, soda, water. Was very happy with everything. Location was great, easy access to the train station and stores. The front door took getting used to unlock.

The apartment was very well furnished, high quality (bed, kitchen, bathroom) and everything you need is there..The location of the apartment was close to the supermarket etc. and also close to the station. You are in about 20' at S Pierre and 30' at Travestere. We would like to come back once.

• Mehmet (10/5): Great spot for budget friendly - family stay - We enjoyed it greatly. It is working - middle class neighborhood so no tourist fancy stuff, living like a regular italian family. 10-15km drive distance to city attractions but not having to find parking spot or get parking ticket or worry about somebody breaking into the car at night was relief. Super market, pizza store, fruit vegetables store, pharmacy, coffee shop all in few minutes walk distance. Host was very kind to leave espresso coffee (lavazzo machine), milk. There were TVs in every room with netflix, youtube, local channels. Hot water, heater, wifi (excellent), bed comfort is all thumbs up. Building indoors smell great and art paintings on the walls was very nice. Overall great stay if you have vehicle or OK to use train (10 minutes walk distance) and enjoy cozy family flat.
