- Nathalie (8/5): Very good -
- Manmeet (8/5): Very good -
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josh (8/5): Very good - Decent location and easy access via taxi or walking. Area was quite safe too. Good Wi-Fi Check-in process was a pain, would have much preferred to speak or deal with a real person rather than submitting all my personal documents online to a website. Also the water boiler in the room was quite noisy.
- Christopher (9/5): Great place for convenient week long
stay - It is located in walking distance to the MiCo Centre and perfect for a longer conference. The apartment is cute, small but efficiently set up for two.
A modern kitchen with everything you need for a quick breakfast or light lunch helps saving costs, a dishwasher and washing machine make a week-long stay easy and convenient. AC helps in summer. The apartment has a room freshener based on oil, that does make a nice fragrance but it can be very strong. The boiler mounted on the wall is sure to wake you up when it begins preparing hot water around 7 for your morning shower.
- Fangqin (9/5): Perfect - Everything was perfect, especially the host also provided with great espresso coffee and machine.
- Jie (9/5): Superb - Very convenient location, easy to access.
- Estevan (10/5): Totally worth it - Location and the cleanliness It was all good
- Allegra (6/5): Clean and new place studio flat, not great in summer - The property is super new, super clean and in the best area of Milan. Mattress was very comfortable. Its kind of claustrophobic and the air conditioning was not working properly so it was very hot at night . I asked for support but nobody really helped they just told me that they could not do anything about it or did not answer when I contacted them the second night.
- Halldóra (9/5): Excellent studio in a great location to attend a Mico SIOPE conference -
- Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (8/5): great place to stay - great location, small studio flat but with everything you need.
good shower, super clean all good
- Komarowsky (8/5): Solid and cosy stay in nicely decorated apartment - The apartment is nicely decorated, it's cosy and comfortable. The building is well kept and the internet worked well. There's even Netflix account. Everything is generally as presented on the pictures. The location is solid, on the opposite side of the park from the city centre, so it takes some 20 minutes by public transport to reach the centre. There are places around the apartment to eat and grocery store. The entrance to the building is a bit complex. Even though the instructions are written in the email, there are no pictures attached and finding the lock-box with the keys is impossible without the picture. The apartment is one big room so there's no separate bedroom which is not a big issue but some might find it inconvenient. The cleanliness could be a bit higher. Kettle would also be nice.
- Alessandro (9/5): Great place! - The place was really clean and well furnished, the location is amazing thanks to the proximity to one of the most useful tram lines in the city and because it's a few meters away from one of the best places in Milan, Via Paolo Sarpi. Recommend. Price is a bit high.
