• photocri (5/5): Bene ma si può fare di meglio - Quartiere tranquillo, quiete notturna. Vicino DLR e stazione bus a 40 min dal centro. 5 min dal London City Airport. Abbastanza pulito. Abbiamo trovato l'occorrente per la cucina e 4 bottigliette di acqua fresca(non so se erano delle persone che hnno alloggiato prima di noi). Host disponibile al telefono. Internet veloce, giardino personale. Lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Abbiamo trovato tanti saponi per doccia e shampoo, tutto l'occorrente per pulire la casa, per lavare i piatti, olio, sale, spezie, noi abbiamo lasciato qualcosa per coloro che sarebbero venuti dopo, tipo the, aceto, chips, barrette per colazione. Letto traballante e rumoroso, a molle e molto scomodo, ho dormito malissimo. La casa è da risistemare, risulta vecchia e con i tessuti dei cuscini del divano logori, tovagliette sporche e macchiate. Scarichi lenti. Lavastoviglie e ricarica del water rumorosa. Ticchettio notturno in camera che non abbiamo capito da dove provenisse. Regolazione dell'acqua calda difficoltosa a rischio ustione. Fornito un solo asciugamano grande a persona e uno solo per le mani. Letto per terza persona su materasso gonfiabile ingombrante che ha occupato lo spazio per aprire le valigie. Tra le varie ce lo siamo dovuti anche fare da soli il letto gonfiabile. Non mi è piaciuta l'incuria e lo sporco sotto il lavello di tutte le confezioni di prodotti finiti, scottex e guanti usati. Stessa cosa nel sottoscala e rendeva la cosa abbastanza sporca. Si consiglia di pulire bene anche nei ripostigli o chiuderli per non far vedere lo sporco e l'incuria che c'è. Porte che non assicurano la privacy soprattutto in bagno.

• Lisa Gant (7/5): It was fine for a few days - Great communication from the host - arranged an early check in and quick response when we had trouble with door. Good to have use of a washing machine and clothes dried super fast on track because so got in house. Close to train station Creaky floors, sofa bed uncomfortable, double bed upstairs was wobbly. Could have done with another fan upstairs - very hot during our stay.

• Emma (6/5): Served a purpose - Close to train station for use to get to the excel. This property could do with a good refurbishment.... Shower was either too cold or boiling hot. Oven took forever to cook. And the sitting room area stunk of weed when we arrived. Had to move the airfreshener from upstairs down there. On the next morning, I had to open up the windows to leave in fresh air to get rid of the smell. The host was helpful when we couldn't find the property. However, i don't think I would like to stay again because of the above

• Linda (8/5): It was a lovely home away from home and the host made our Christmas special. - It was clean, well furnished, warm and in a quiet neighbourhood and close to transport and We had squirrels visiting the garden everyday 😊 Locking and unlocking the door was a bit complicated. The sofa was small.
• Hannah (10/5): Fabulous friendly run accommodation local to excel arena - Perfect - friendly owners where nothing was too much trouble. Property was ideal for a short trip to London excel arena. Parking on site. Quiet culdesac. Park to walk around only minutes away. And it had a garden for the dogs too. Will definitely stay again

• Elizabeth (9/5): Great family and pet-friendly home, close to station. - Spacious, great location being safe and family-friendly and close to DLR station, garden for dogs, parking space, and basic amenities provided. The shower had very little pressure and water went back and forth from scalding hot to freezing cold.
• Jose (8/5): Comfy 1 bed house next to London City Airport and ExCel conference center - The owner provided free cookies, tea, coffe, shampoo, gel...etc. Very close to London City Airport, ExCel conference center and relevant services (there is a supermarket very close). There walk to ExCel is very nice, trough a green path full of squirrels, ducks and other birds. The fridge was quite dirty, with already opened bottles of sider and juice that had spilled off (pictures provided). I was staying for almost a week so I had to clean it myself to store my shopping. The rest of the house was clean though, so I think they must had forgotten to check the fridge after the last user left.

I had some trouble with the key (my fault) when first arriving and the owner was incredibly helpful with sorting it out.

The flat itself was spacious and had free parking which makes it even better. I will be staying here again next time I am around the neighbourhood. Such a good value for money!
