I arrived, and was able to talk to a resident in the apartment building. she told me that many people were being scammed by someone using booking.com, and booking. com did nothing to stop this scam from being repeated, and did not return the customers money for this scam. This was a scam. There was no place to stay. I had to find another place to stay in Prague on the day I needed to stay. Very inconvenient and expensive. Booking.com was completely unresponsive.
• Sylwia (1/5): Nie wynajmujecie tam pokoju - Nic mi się nie podobało, wynajmujący nawet nie wpuścił nas do pokoju i nie odbierał telefonu! Po za tym w środku budynku panował taki smrud że nie dało się wytrzymać, straciliśmy pieniądze a sprawę zgłosiliśmy na policje w Czechach. Ludzie omijajcie ten obiekt z daleka.

• Agata (1/5): Oszustwo - Nie rezerwujcie tego miejsca! Nie ma kontaktu z właścicielem mieszkania, nie odpisuje na SMS, musieliśmy na szybko załatwiać inny nocleg. Teraz chcemy zareklamować to do bookingu ale nie ma od nich odpowiedzi. Oferta dawno powinna być zdjęta!!!!
• Anonymous (1/5): Worst decision of my life - It’s a scam. Never opened the door. So I had to get another hotel. Apparently he’s wanted from the police. He smokes and drinks in there all the time. The neighbors told us about him so I don’t recommend.

The owner of the accommodation did not respond to any messages or phone calls. On the spot, I met some neighbors who told me that the owner of the accommodation was an unreliable person. As a result, I had to book another hotel and deposit more money.

So I have to order another hotel with higher price. But the master don't answer the call or message from booking to refund my money. Please return my money back!!!!!!

I booked a room with 2 king size beds but when I arrived, it was a tiny room with one air mattress— entirely different from the pictures. Reached out to the host many times and also Booking.com for refund but neither took any responsibility. I did not stay. The kitchen was a mess with tons of cigarette butts. PLS AVOID AT ALL COSTS
• Aleksandra (1/5): Very poor accomodation. Sofa placed on jars as lost its legs - It was in the centre Messy, sofa was placed on jars instead of legs, the balcony doesnt belong to the flat, the owner lives there too, the kitchen was absolute mess when arrived there.
• Matthias (10/5): An authentic Prague experience, great host and such a vibe - Very central location in a beautiful, old Prague building rich in history with balconies off the staircase with stunning views and the space felt very homely and like stepping into a Prague living space. This is not a copy/paste hotel situation but an authentic Prague experience so don’t come here if you want the Ritz. The owner is a super awesome guy and we had some fantastic conversations It’s a long staircase up to the almost top floor so be prepared to climb
• Markas (1/5): There are many better options to chose from, AVOID THIS PLACE!!! - Location was very convenient DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Location was very convenient BUT extremely noisy at night - homeless people trying to steal, tram noises etc. From the start to the very end when we left two days early we had nothing but a terrible experience - owner greeted us drunk, moved us to the room that was not in the pictures of the listing which had an inflatable mattress and a small fridge (there was literally nothing else) and only after asking moved us to the room in the pictures. The apartment as a whole was a mess - floor was dirty, all of the surfaces had stains, make-shift furniture, kitchen was very dirty and food was left rotting on counters and so much more. His room was separated from the kitchen by a self-made wooden wall where he was constantly smoking weed and cigarettes (as it’s an old apartment all the smell went into other rooms). We’ve spent 2 nights there where each night he would invite his friends, got drunk, smoked weed, were terribly loud and then invited his friends to stay the night in the other rooms. My girlfriend felt very unsafe and was afraid to go to the bathroom alone when these parties were happening. Horrible experience.
