It was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space felt warm and cozy, and the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. The location was perfect, and the host was kind, welcoming, and responsive. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was excellent.

All my questions were answered and communication was excellent with the host. A bonus that It was only a 5 minute drive downtown to all the festivities for the Ice Wine Festival.

Cleaning charges were not disclosed which was substantial . Wonder why ? Total misrepresentation of facts as they said lake view from room where it was nothing like it

• LORI (9/5): Great place to stay when visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake - The spaciousness of the house was great, with three bedrooms, two sitting areas in the main room and an adequate kitchen and dining area. Wish there had been wastepaper baskets in the bathrooms and ice cube trays in freezer. But other than that, place worked out very well for us all.

Definitely Cozy and Comfortable! - The Host supported me and my friends with kindness and empathy when one of us had a travel crisis with a passport by being flexible with check in time. We rearranged the check in with ease. Also, the Host contacted me to inform us that the prior guests had broken the shower door and to confirm that we were okay with the temporary repair. This showed that the Host cares about the property and the comfort of guests!

• Luisa (8/5): - House was clean and comfortable. The back yard was spacious; nice gazebo, and we enjoyed playing ping pong outdoors. Good location, nice walk to restaurants and shops. Everything was comfortable and clean. It would be nice to have more than 1 bathroom, but between 2 couples, it wasn't a big issue since we only stayed for a weekend. We also knew when researching that there was 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms

• Martin (7/5): Great stay at a clean convenient location. - It was clean and in a good location and had a great backyard The communication was not great. There was no direction as to how to use the key pad on the door and when we called the voice mail had not been set up. We did finally reach the person and she is very nice but the communication could have been better initially.

• Rhona (10/5): Fabulous home in a great location, we loved the facilities and everything we needed was there. Highly recommend - Large spacious house, great location with lovely terrace and excellent facilities. Lovely terrace. Not a criticism but we thought we were booking a 3 bedroom home but it had an entire basement as well which we didn’t need for the 4 of us. We didn’t realise this when we booked! Would make a great home for large families or larger groups.

• Peg (10/5): Really liked this house - we will be back! - The location was perfect for us - close to downtown but far enough away that there was easy driving and parking. And it was a quiet area to stay in. Lots of seating in the living room. Good wifi. The kitchen was well equipped. There were lots of dishes and everything you would need to cook. Beds were super comfortable, although one is a bit high. You need to be a bit athletic for that one.
• Audrey (10/5): Clean, comfortable, spacious, in a convenient location. - Jianmei is a wonderful hostess and has clearly thought of everything to make her home/rental property inviting, comfortable and accommodating. It is very spacious indoors and outside in her lovely garden and ample yard. She is very responsive and easy to work with. We were surprised by all the extra pillows (because who doesn’t love extra pillows), the clean but not chemically smell (large air purifier and good dehumidifier were bonuses), and the games and toys. We played lots of chess, checkers and cards. The kiddos liked that there were a few balls and a couple toys in like new condition. The grown ups appreciated the coffee and tea and all the soft white towels and bedding. The Christmas tree is a beautiful accent. There are so many places to sit and stretch out. Even a yoga area. Ping pong outside would have been wonderful but it rained a lot. It was very convenient for seeing shows at Shaw, renting bikes, and walking through town. I would gladly stay there again. Beds were firm, but not old and not hard. I slept well. Yes, two beds are slightly higher than most, but that wasn’t a problem.

• Andrew (10/5): Long lasting memories with family - This house was amazing. It had all amenities you would want and more. The owner exceeded expectations and even thought of providing you with shampoos, conditioners, various body lotions, various coffee machines, toaster all kitchen and cooking utensils. The back yard had ping pong facilities and lovely furniture for relaxing. There were cards, chess and other games provided by the owner. I would highly recommend this home a get away or a long stay vacation. Thank you to the owner. Nothing could be improved it was perfect

• Margareta (9/5): Enough room for a big family, clean and nice home - We had a great time in this house. We had our first Christmas dinner ever, and we found what we needed in the kitchen. It was me, my two children and my grandchildren, and we had a wonderful evening. Sadly it was winter, we had loved to play ping pong in the garden. Thanks for letting us come in to your warm home. Nothing except that the shops and restaurants we’re close ( 25-26 of December)
• Larry (9/5): Lovely home away from home - Convenient location. Very spacious, modern and clean. Comfy beds and easy checking and out. We were a group of five senior women and found the large eating area and comfortable seating wonderful for relaxing and enjoying each other's company. Great accommodations for a family with a large backyard and bonus side deck to enjoy morning coffee. Owner was very accommodating. Made great memories with a group of "old" friends celebrating our 70th birthdays together.

• Alex (9/5): Loved it. Hoping for another stay in the Spring. - Loved the layout. For five friends to hang out and gab away a weekend, it was ideal. Tons of comfortable seating around the kitchen area, well lit. And can't beat the location. Clean, fresh, roomy. Lots of parking. Easy access. And looks like it'd be a great stay in the warmer weather. The outside spaces look terrific, though it's November, so we didn't wander far. The house is quiet and cozy. Blinds on windows work well for privacy and darkening. The kitchen is well appointed. We didn't cook a meal, but had no problems at all with snacks and coffees. Gas stove, and dishwasher. Large island with seating. Access to a side patio deck. A very nice property. All communications - by message, email, and phone - were answered promptly by the owner. They were very friendly and helpful. The beds. Two were too high and two were too hard for our 50+ year old bones. The second night we each managed to find a couch/alternate bed to our liking and had a good sleep. The bathtubs/showers are not accessible for anyone with any kind of limited mobility. The glass shower doors open to halfway, but the tub sides are quite high and there are no grab bars or anti-slip mats.

• Bethany (10/5): Large Peaceful Getaway - This home is perfect for a large group. Very clean and beautifully made up. The host is super friendly and helpful. The property is also a short walk from the main town and located close to food amenities as well as a bike rental I would recommend this property to any guests. The property also has a large driveway if driving to the property. There is nothing I didn't like. The only room for improvement would be a recycling option. There may have been a recycling bin and I may have missed it.

• Kim (10/5): Amazing and comfortable stay 😊 - The owner was very nice and accomodated us without hesitation when we arrived earlier than anticipated. The property is at a great location (less than a 10min walk from Queen St.) and very quiet area. The house comes with amenities and everything was provided for. The owner replies quickly and checks in on you to make sure your stay is okay and if you need anything.

• Robert (8/5): good value and comfort rental home for brief stay at niagra-on-the-lake - located within walking distance of town center yet far enough away from hustle;central street location, easy to explore out of town . nice yard, beautiful new deck off of kitchen. large back yard with furnished gazebo. host was readily reachable by mobile and helpful with problem solving. nearby congenial neighbor who was helpful with hands-on problem solving. TV function was a major challenge. lack of cooking vessels. small coffee (probably tea ) cups despite good coffee makers. digital entry lock box was an inconsistent challenge.

• Amanda (10/5): Great location, attentive host, clean and spacious house - Location is perfect. Within walking distance to the Main Street and right next door to a garage/ coffee shop. Beautiful backyard with a gazebo to relax under. House is very well maintained and very clean. 3 double rooms and bathroom, in the main living area there’s 2 couches plus the pull out bed so lots of space to relax and socialise with your group. I couldn’t fault it but if I had to pick it would be only 1 bathroom. Otherwise this property ticked all the boxes.

• Meghan (7/5): Cozy home in Niagara on the Lake - The place was very clean, had the amenities we needed, and was in a great location. The owner responded quickly to my questions and gave us all the info we needed. The previous renters were possibly smoking inside, and had a smokey/musty smell. The ad wasn't exactly correct, and stated that it had a hot tub, there definitely was not a hot tub present on that property. Access is not to the entire house, basement locked. And they had security cameras inside the house at the entrance, there was a door you could close if not comfortable with that.
