Plenty of parking for the 2 vehicles. Just a block to a nice playground for the kids. Felt safe in the area. Host was very helpful and understanding. She made accommodation for an extension for our stay and walked us through some logistics of the Bookings website. Minor cleanliness issues: prior renter filled the outside garbage so there was no room for our garbage. Needed dishwasher soap pods ( we did dishes by hand which wasn’t a big deal) Pet hair on the furniture and the air conditioner filter was full of fur.
- Judith (7/5): - The location was good, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and major roads for easy access in the city. The host was very responsive to any questions or messages we sent. A duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was comfortable for our family of 6. Please read the things we didn't like. The house was dirty, furniture ruined by cats, kitchen was stocked with dirty cups and glasses, old pots and pans that were unhealthy to use, with all the cooking surfaces worn and scratched. Kitchen sink clogged with who knows what.... yuck. We felt the need to wash everything before we used it. 1 towel p.p. for a 4 night stay wasn't enough, so we had to do laundry for clean towels.. No dish cloth to wipe the table/counters. Floors and kitchen cabinets were peeling. Just an overal messy feeling. Dirty blankets on the furniture to cover up the worn seats.
- Kaitlyn Watz (7/5): - It was a little dirty from the previous guests, some appliances such as the toaster were not usable due to how dirty they were. But the house itself was very handy for our stay and the host was very responsive!
- Mu (9/5): Overall the stay was great! The home is beautiful and comfortable to stay in. - Clean, comfortable and spacious! Love that pets are allowed. Owner’s very responsive and kind. Walls are not soundproof 🙂 hard to sleep in.

Because of where we spent most of our trip, the location wasn't ideal, but the location itself is great, with many stores , restaurants and things to do nearby. The roadways in Edmonton are really good, so getting around is actually pretty quick.
