• Nadir (10/5): We would be happy to come back. - Apartment is very nice. It’s not new or modern but is very clean and very good maintained. Everything is functioning as it should. It’s very spacious. Two big sleeping rooms, kitchen with all the gadgets and appliances, middle size living room with TV and bathroom with everything you need. From simple hair dryer to washing machine for clothes which is very practical. Location is also very good. It’s quiet, clean and whole building has fence and doorman and big courtyard with a lot of green vegetation. Few meters away are bars, shops and big food market. There is also bus station in front from where you can easily go to Roma Termini, City center or any other attraction sight without changing the bus. Actually No. 170 goes practically almost everywhere. We were impressed. Thanks to owner once more time. No comments.
• Corneliu (10/5): Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return! - We had a great stay at Gio Maison! The owner is very polite and always responded promptly to all our questions. The location is also a big plus — very close to the bus station, which is super convenient. The apartment was spacious and clean, with thoughtful touches like bottled water in the fridge and coffee for the machine. A few suggestions for the host - not complaints, just friendly feedback to make a great place even better: • Consider descaling the kettle • Providing single-use slippers would be a nice touch • The boiler heats water extremely fast, so adjusting it slightly could help avoid it getting too hot too quickly.

• Uģis (9/5): We had a great vacation, we had a great time relaxing and enjoying Rome - We liked the location, there were good places to eat nearby, as well as public transport, 40-50 minutes by foot to the Vatican and the Coliseum, depending on how you go. The problem could be if you have your own car, it's hard to find a free parking lot, but we were lucky :) We loved everything

• Ionut (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and lots of space. Good coffee😁 in the morning and a very good positioning. 2 min walk to the bus station, lots of restaurant and caffeteria nearby. Upstair neighbours were a little bit too loud very early in the morning.

• Trixie (10/5): Worth a try if you have a chartered car! - Walking towards the aparTment you will pass a beauTiful courtyard with lots of potted plants! The apartment was sparklingly clean ! All beds were beautifully done and welcoming when we arrived. It’s a bit far from the city.
