Key pick up was confusing and we had to ring to chase check in details, at 2.15 for a 2pm check in. Also apartment had no internet, we contacted management a couple of times to no avail. Very disappointing
• Ms (10/5): The perfect choice in Broadbeach - Location location location! Quality restaurants and eateries around this apartment. We had choices galore. Very responsive staff. When I first booked this apartment it was unclear where to pick up the apartment key. But after I fired off a quick email the response back was very quick, so I didn't need to stress about where to go.
• Chris (9/5): I was at an event at the convention centre and had an easy 5 minute walk each day. I cooked at the apartment 2 nights an - Perfect Location. Close to beach, Convention Centre and restaurants. Washer and dryer. Perfect for a 1 week stay

Washing machine dryer ac dishwasher just a great little unit. Lights from garden shine through Venetian blinds into bedroom … like headlights. Felt like it was sunrise at 2am in the morning

• Susan (8/5): Very good - Very clean and tidy and in a great location. Good instructions and easy access. Could not leave glass door open in bedroom and screen lock not working. Would have liked a couple of ice cube trays for the freezer.

• Helen (7/5): Ok. Could have been better with a more comfortable bed and without the stress of where to collect the keys - ThI location was good. The unit was a bit small though but it had everything we needed. The bed! Oh my, it was sooo uncomfortable. We both woke up with back and leg pain. Why do everything on the cheap! The managing company, Coastal Letting Co, kept telling us different stories on where to go to collect the keys and they were hard to get hold of on the phone. Get your act together.
• Rod (9/5): Greet stay never the less. Planning to come back 👍😃 - Location is perfect. Value for money. Bedroom is a not quite enough from outside noise. Blinds in bedroom didn’t block outside light from coming in at night. There is a large courtyard light just outside that was on all night every night.
• Kerrynt (10/5): The perfect apartment in a great location - The apartment was neat and tidy and in an excellent location. The little things made a difference, such as coffee, tea, milk, toiletries, and laundry facilities. The bed was very comfortable. There needs to be a block out curtain in the bedroom to block the garden light that is outside the bedroom.
• Anne (8/5): Very good - The location is great because it is a short walk to the tram station, the beach, restaurants & Oasis shopping centre. It was quiet at night. The cooking facilities were good. The bed was clean & very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were excellent & had washer & dryer. The Venetian blinds in the bedroom did not block out the exterior lighting well at night. I noted that the curtains & rug had soiled marks when I arrived. I informed management & they did offer to clean them during my stay. However, this did not affect my stay.
