• Mayy (7/5): I like my experience - Location is amazing The apartment has poor sound insulation. Street noise carries straight through the walls, and early-morning work outside is clearly audible. If you’re a light sleeper, rest will be hard to come by.
• Sinem (9/5): Superb - Location was brilliant and safe. İt was very clean and the kitchen had everything including salt, pepper and oil. The beds could have been a bigger size and the Windows were not sound proof, it was a bit noisy at night. Also the boiler was had a distubibg noise BUT overall it was a pleasent stay and I highly recommand it.

• Vasilopoulou (5/5): I wouldn’t stay here again unless they improve communication about such disruptions. - Unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The elevator was not working during our entire stay, meaning we had to climb up to the 4th floor every time which became exhausting especially after long hours out. If we had known this beforehand we definitely would have chosen a different place. On top of that, there was construction staff right outside our door papers on the floor and painting supplies left around. right outside our door. It made the space feel messy and unwelcoming. The apartment was decent but these issues significantly affected our stay. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they improve communication about such disruptions.

• Robas (4/5): We had a disappointing experience, the lack of an elevator made our stay miserable - There was no elevator throughout our stay, very loud boiler, and the water was dripped from one of the bathrooms
• Gerald (9/5): Superb - Superb location, secure. Comfortable and spacious. Hosts serviced and cleaned the apartment well. Couch and dining suite chairs were a little worn, and the lift to the upper floor was still broken. We definitely got fitter over the week!

• Katrin (7/5): The quality of the apartment didn’t match the value of the stay. But the location was perfect. - The terrace and living room with kitchen was really nice. Also perfect area for shopping, restaurants and good distance to all monuments. First of all the water smells like yogurt, beds are really tight for 2 people. The windows are tiny and very old style so it has gaps and you can hear everything from the street. Also equipment in kitchen is poor. They have just 2 glasses and big mugs and non small cup, so it’s not enough for more people. The bathroom fan couldn’t turn off.

• Jeffrey (10/5): Loved it. Would stay here again definitely. - Location and cleanliness. A cute apartment that is well appointed and comfortable. Safe area. Tons of shopping close to London tourist locations. The patio is a nice bonus to get some fresh (London grey) air. Be aware that there is a tiny elevator and then a narrow flight of stairs to climb to enter. No problem for a family with older children, but lugging heavy items up the stairs can be a challenge for someone who is not physically fit.

• Majda (4/5): Disappointed and will never stay again - Location is great! Spacious flat The flat SMELLS intensely of aroma the cleaners have placed in the air con/ventilation I think. We walked up the stairs to the apartment and even before we unlocked the door, we could feel the smell. We tried looking for the scent to remove it, but we could’ve find it anywhere. We had a headache all the time we were there. Therefore we had to open all the doors and windows to air it out, and then the flat became COLD, and we had to TURN THE OVEN ON to get warm as the AIR CON DIDNT WORK higher than some degree. The place was still DIRTY when we arrived. In the bathroom there were towels left from PREVIOUS GUESTS in the cupboard above toilet and the carpet in living room was still with HAIRS from previous guests. Beds could’ve been bigger as the rooms are quite good size. All the information you have to give upon arrival is done though the cleaner who does NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. My passport was sent through WHATSAPP. Lacks seriousness. Also I had to pay a deposit of £300 for the keys upon arrival. and their card matching me didn’t work, so the cleaner had to write the information of my card on paper for the refund. then he wrote the security number too, which is BAD. I told him he doesn’t need security number, and I removed it from his paper. Also problems with arriving as the hosts aren’t there all the time. We ended up WAITING outside in December because of lack of English. They tried to organise this though the owner of the place, but they still messed up. We will not stay again. overpriced for what you get. Only thing which is positive is the location.

• Revital (9/5): i was travelling with a group of teens (2 of my kids and a freind) and overall this apt was the ferfect choice for us - perfect location. close to many attractions and to tube stations. very safe neighbourhood. spacious, nicely decorated and perfect for families well equipped beds are not that comfortable but this is the only thing that should be improved

• Maria (9/5): The location was wonderful, the nearest tube station was just 5 minutes walk away. - Matthew and Bob are really friendly and helpful, and the flat was clean, nice and peaceful. Near the flat there is much to see within walking distance and nearest metro station (Green park) and grocery store are just about 5 minutes walk away.
