- Gavril (7/5): Great comfort, possible no sleep before midnight. - Location, room, bathroom, amenities, breakfast. One of the two evenings there was a party in the restaurant. Extremely loud music until midnight. Mostly like techno beat. No chance to sleep before midnight. In my opinion, hotel and discotheque should be mutually excluded.

- Petya (10/5): Great stay - Was able to purchase a cost effective deal the venue had on. Was also upgraded, thank you. Ended up extending my stay. Great breakfast - omelettes made in front of you. Some of the reception staff are very helpful have stayed in the past too: housekeepers are very helpful and also the restaurant staff Lovely greenery in the complex :) well looked after Some rooms look onto local mountain Some constructive feedback for the complex in the hope it helps them : there could be noise issues - I spoke to the venue and on this occasion this was not the case for me, however I feel the venue should alert customers beforehand booking and certainly at check in if there are any big events on in the complex (or the local one) as noise at night can be an issue

The staff are very friendly—at the spa, at the reception, and in the restaurant, everyone is welcoming and helpful. It feels like you’ve arrived at a big family where everyone is happy to see each other. The spa complex deserves a special mention. It’s a wonderful place where you can forget about time and truly relax—quiet and peaceful. The herbal sauna and eucalyptus steam room are especially great. In the restaurant, all the food is well prepared using high-quality, fresh ingredients, although many dishes are a bit too salty. The wine is also good, and you can buy it at the reception to take with you. The breakfasts at the hotel are tasty as well. Omelets or pancakes are prepared right in front of you and served hot. The room is comfortable and quiet, with cozy beds. The only downside is that there was occasionally an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain

Хареса ни, че освен кърпата за сауна, дават и още една хавлия. Вечерята беше вкусна. Закуската е достатъчно разннооразна. Хареса ни, че на момента (по желание) могат да ти приготвят пред теб палачинки, омлети, бъркани яйца. Персоналът е много вежлив. Специални комплименти за момчето на рецепция! Благодарим за вниманието на всички! Именно вниманието ни направи най-силно добро впечатление.

Закуската беше добра, особено палачинките, които правят на момента. Стаята ни беше доста просторна. Единствено имаше някой захабени части на банята, но това е козметичен проблем. Изключително поддържан хотал и направен с вкус, дори да има нещо поостаряло. Спато също беше приятно: един много топъл басейн, един леко топъл, джакузи, парна баня, солна сауна и финландска сауна, зона за релакс. Ползвах само солната сауна, зоната за релакс и леко топлия басейн - бяха приятни. През почивните дни определено става малко пренаселено в спа центъра. В Сливен има доста инересни обекти, които може да се посетят и нашата цел беше това, не спато. :)

Сервитьорите бяха вежливи и адекватни. Спа центърът изглежда чист и като цяло беше ок. Финландската сауна и парната сауна бяха чисти и ок. Персоналът в спа зоната също беше на ниво. Иначе всичко останало като хигиена и условия в хотела отговаря на очакванията ми и беше ок. Мисля ,че в целия район това е най- добрият хотел. Бих посетил с удоволствие отново. Цените в ресторанта бих казал ,че са леко завишени.В СПА центъра единственото, което намерих като недостатък беше ,че някои от предлаганите сауни помещения според мен не работеха - Например руската и солната бяха с ниска температура. Водата в големия топъл басейн за мен не беше достатъчно чиста, джакузи зоните не работят при натискане на бутона да се включат

The underground parking is paid, while the other parking can accommodate just a few vehicles. The staff should be a bit more polite and informative. No ordinary pool where you can swim.
