CheapRay (9/5): Perfect Stay in Wengen - Perfect place for our stay. Easy walk to the train station and downtown Wengen. Very quiet. Well furnished kitchen. Beds very comfortable. We arrived during a heat wave and the apartment does not have AC (most places in Wengen do not) but the apartment cooled down very quickly once the sun went down and with the windows opened. Rather than thick blankets on the beds that are common in Europe, it would be nice to have just a top sheet and maybe a thin blanket to use during the summer heat wave. Don't trust Google Maps when walking the first time to the apartment. you may end up at the bottom of a steep hill with your luggage like we did.
