• Sy (5/5): Well below our expectation - Bedroom was good, Kitchen was good, Lounge was good, Location was very good
• Katherine (6/5): It was a decent place to stay but I wouldn’t stay there again. Id just expect more considerate staff, from a customer PO - It was a nice apartment which was way more modern than the building itself. Spacious enough for two people and had great local restaurants and gyms. The bathroom isn’t compliant - if you’re a man you will find it uncomfortable to sit on the toilet (not compliant with regulations), and the sink to brush your teeth is not either, you can’t even wash your face properly and the sink is not wide enough and have to shove your head under the cabinet. Mould on the shower curtains. No proper bowls, no paper towels. The management had poor communication when it came to locking our keys inside the apartment, and never assisting us with good faith in circumstances where you would try help. We paid more than what the place is worth, given the weekend behind F1.

• Anniina (10/5): Perfect apartment for stay in St Kilda - Everything was super! All the little details like chocolate when I arrived and was hungry after long travel. The bath salt, mini shampoos and body lotions. Everything I could need.
• Carly (10/5): Very nicely furnished in a bright comfortable apartment. We loved the water pressure in the shower and the size of the k - Lovely and clean. Nice and bright. Shower had great pressure. Whilst the apartment is on a busy road, and an old building, once inside with the door closed it’s very homely and private. I appreciated the extra effort made to have a hairdryer Ubered to me, as there wasn’t one available for use.
• Julianne (8/5): Comfy, light filled apartment in wonderful location, walk to everything! - Lovely place to stay for an easy trip to Melbourne. Comfortable, clean, easy to find, fabulous location! So many great places to eat just a short stroll away.
• Ishika (9/5): Superb - only one heater was there and it is super chilly here. Plus the hot water was coming only for a certain period then it stopped and that became a huge problem.

• Janine (8/5): Very good - The location was great for us, being just a 25 minute walk from the Avenue hospital where our son was having surgery (or a bus ride up Hotham street). Kitchen facilities were quite adequate but even better were the many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. An older apartment but very clean and nicely decorated. Off street parking was a great bonus.

• Nilanjan (9/5): Superb - Beds, kitchen, parking, cleanliness. The washbasin space is too small. Advise to modify a bit . Could not use the oven or grill. Difficult to operate. Rest are all excellent.

• Kooper (10/5): Perfect! - everything was very tidy and the furniture was awesome. the location as very good and the amenities and washing machine where amazing to have. there was an unusual smell in the apartment but it was not bad, just unusual.
