• Junaya (7/5): - Spacious and practical. Attention to details. Small things like decent towels, tea towel and something to wipe the bench with. Also no salad bowl. Also one room key for a 2 bedroom apartment was a real issue. By the time we received a 2nd set it was too late, should have just provided 2 sets from the start.

• Jeanette (8/5): Convenient Stay - Location is brilliant and key collection is easy. Beds comfy. Wi-Fi connection is strong. 2 bathrooms were very welcome. Basic kitchen supplies available as well as hair dryer and straightener. Would stay again for the price! :) Smoking is allowed on balcony which meant the property does have a faint smell - this was not disclosed in the advertisement. Bathroom sinks are stained. TV is available but not connected to Free to Air. FYI for future guests - need to use your own netflix login and then sign out at end of stay.

• Amanda (10/5): Great apartment, clean as everything you would need for your stay, the facilities are great and the location was awesome - The facilities that came with the apartment pool gym. The pillows was bit hard in both bedrooms . ( person preference )
• DANIEL (8/5): Very convenient location, including parking was a big plus. Was great for a weekend getaway - Great location, property was good enough for my family Key pick up wasn't the best, but that was due more to the roads outside the building (nowhere to stop legally) than the actual process

• Jennifer (8/5): - Location was excellent and the beds were very comfy. Great views from our 36th floor too! Grocery items such as salt, oil, cling-wrap, paper towel etc were much appreciated. Generally a bit unclean, despite the smell of chlorine on arrival -eg hair in the shower drain/plugs, someone's socks behind the tv, and stains in a bathroom sink. The lock where the keys were collected had been broken -mail and spare lock bits were inside. It took ages to get the combination to work and when it did, it couldn't be locked again. (I had to inform the owner that the keys had been returned, but the box wouldn't lock) There was only one key/swipe card to get us into the building/up the lift. The Parking swipe card didn't seem to work, but since we didn't use the parking, we're not sure if there was a trick to it.

• Linda (10/5): - Beautiful apartment, easy to find, very conveniently located and lots of yummy food choices nearby. The host is wonderful, and the communication was excellent. I accidentally left the keys in the apartment and she was able to help us instantly.

• Amy (9/5): I would definitely stay again and the host went above and beyond. - It was very central to what we needed, extremely close to free trams, Spencer street and only a short walk to the DFO. Being winter it was a little bit cold in the apartment as only 1 heat pump to try and heat the area.
• Kirsty (10/5): Great location, host is amazing and very happy to communicate etc. would 10000% stay again! - The location to everything was great. A short walk to everything including trams, food and trains. There is food at the bottom of the apartment itself which was great! Beds comfortable, wifi super fast and both bathrooms clean and tidy. Nothing to do with the stay itself but trying to get into the apartment was a nightmare. We arrived very early - did communicate this and pay for the previous night but the night time security staff were non existent. Be sure to call them ahead of time and hopefully someone will answer, unlike for us! 6 missed calls and thankfully someone was eventually walking out so we could get inside and out of the 4 degrees weather. As mentioned, this is not a fault with the stay at all, and the host is more than great.. but it’s a good piece of advice for anyone arriving early like we did.

Free parking a massive bonus compared to other accommodation with no parking or expensive charges added on for on-site parking . Host even let us do an early check in which was really appreciated. • Wendy (7/5): Great accomodation for adults - Comfortable & clean apartment, great views for our family 3 night stay 3adults & 2yo Close to trams & southern cross station, plenty of eateries within short walk We didn’t use the pool however son In-law used the gym which he said was good Tricky to gain access to lobby on arrival We had to wait for someone to enter the building to allow us to pick up our keys 1 key & 1 lift access between 3 adults was not enough, 2 of each would be better Cot didn’t have a mattress or sheet contacted owner - it was expected our 2yo was to sleep without either

• Tim (10/5): Prime location, comfortable beds, clean and functional. I loved the 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. I will definitely - Perfect Location, clean and comfortable bedding. Room was very functional. I loved the access to indoor heated pool and gym. I couldn’t fault it really in any way. I think the only bad thing would be the lifts. A couple were out of order and the ones that were working were inefficient.

• Maree (8/5): Great place to stay - The thing I liked most about the apartment was the location. We had an appointment at The Royal Childrens Hospital which was only a 10min drive away. There were plenty of shops to explore, a supermarket and places to eat nearby (highly recommend Jumbo kebabs haha). It was just a short walk to Sea Life Aquarium, Crown and Queen Vic Market. Southern Cross is literally less than 5 mins walk away. Melbourne Zoo was only a short drive away too! The apartment had a homely feel which was nice. We loved the view and the balcony. The couch and beds were clean and comfortable. Carpets were nice and clean. The bathrooms were pretty good as well. Private Parking was included in the price of the apartment which was great. The host was easy to contact and gave clear instructions on how to collect the keys. The screws in the entry door handle to the apartment had come lose and needed tightening (I think). The carpark is a little hard to find, also there was a horrible smell of sewerage in the carpark which the security confirmed is the tank overflowing:(
• Shirley (10/5): Exceptional - Great facilities, great location, great host! close to Coles and Southern Cross Station, plenty of food options below the apartment. We've got plenty of space for our luggage, and the host was always quick to respond to our questions. Really convenient stay Nothing! There was a bit of confusion in locating the parking space and which lift leads to our building when we first arrived, but this is on us. Once we got the hang of it, it's really easy and convenient.

We had 4 staying in the the 2 bedroom apartment and had nowhere for all of us to sit in the lounge room. Needs a single chair or recliner. Only has a 3 seater lounge. I think a family will struggle with this. Stool chairs are not suitable for this

The room is clean and comfortable. Staff Han is really helpful. Perfect experience of this accommodation. Highly recommend. Definitely will be back again for my next trip in Melbourne. Nothing , everything is perfect.
