• Avery (10/5): Second time in this hotel. If I’m in Osaka I will book it again. - Close to things I wanted to be near by. Better than the APAs with their small rooms. I have more than enough space for myself. I had to randomly figure where the trash went.

• Janice (8/5): Overall stay is good and comfortable. - 👍🏻Good location (near to metro and shops for meals). Room is well maintained and clean. No front desk or concierge to help with the luggages (when the hotel guests checkin time is not up and flight checkin time is much later in the day.) Need to bring the luggages to the train station’s lockers (¥800 per locker)
• Ling Ling Regina (7/5): - The property is new , relatively comfortable and clean . There is no luggage storage before check in , which is 4 pm and after check out which is 10 am . For guests like us having early arrival flights and late departure flights this is a serious problem . While staff recommend store luggage in the metro station , the lockers are limited for large luggage and highly likely we cannot get one . Also the stations are not exactly near and not all exits have lifts . I do see everyday that guests leave their luggage at the lobby (refer to photos) Given this is an hotel apartment and luggage storage is a real concern , I hope the management can look into this .

• 怡樺 (10/5): 設備相當齊全；靠近惠美須町站1B出口有電梯很方便，樓下有二十四小時的吉野家、Sukiya，玩一日行程或去大阪環球需要超早起，不怕沒有早餐吃，另外也有Lowson100二十四小時的小型超市，地點也靠近通天閣 - 衛浴設備 住14樓，但是半夜的車聲還是蠻大的

• Nur Liyana (10/5): Truly excellent, I am more than satisfied - I really enjoyed the facilities in the apartment such as the dryer in the toilet, the washing machine, living near the convenience store. Truly my favourite apartment. The ironing board could be better as I was struggling to iron even 1 top as the heat was not strong enough.

• Kahuihina (10/5): Close enough to everything you need in Osaka! - I love staying here for the location and facilities. The dryer in the bathroom had a full load of washing dry in 4 hours. Amazing.
• Carlos (8/5): Great location. Bathroom is small, even by Japanese standards. Bag drop off before 1pm is not possible, so customers arr - Location was great. Check in process was cryptic. Also, since there is no staff on the premises, dropping off bags before check in is not possible. Property information should clearly state this limitation so future customers are aware and can plan accordingly beforehand.

• Alex (8/5): Una buona soluzione ma attenzione all'assenza di Staff - La struttura si trova in una zona piuttosto comoda per la visita di Osaka. L'iconico Shinsekai Market è letteralmente a pochi passi e La stazione della metro è comodamente raggiungibile. La stanza, rispetto agli standard Giapponesi è piuttosto spaziosa e con una buona dotazione di tutto il necessario. Il letto era confortevole e la camera assolutamente tranquilla. Si tratta di una struttura self-check in come molte altre in Giappone, ma in questa non vi è proprio staff o reception, il che significa che NON potete spedire qui i bagli perché non c'è nessuno che possa riceverli. La cosa ci ha obbligati a ritirarli e spedirli al punto yamato più vicino che si trova a 15 min di distanza a piedi. Considerato quante persone utilizzano questo servizio per il loro Viaggio non è un dettaglio trascurabile.

La machine à laver ainsi que la possibilité de secher le linge rapidement grâce au sèche linge dans la douche est un vrai plus! La literie est horrible! Les cousins ressemblent à des cailloux tellement ils sont durs et inconfortables. Cela m'a provoqué un torticolis alors que je ne suis absolument pas sensible de la nuque. Ce point là est vraiment dérangeant pour un sejour de 10 jours comme le mien. Le sol de la chambre etait irrégulier, je trouvais cela gênant quand je marchais.

• Vukasin (10/5): Fantastic location, thoughtful details, and outstanding service made our stay seamless. - The location is excellent, surrounded by convenience stores, metro stations, restaurants, and iconic landmarks, all within walking distance. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you might need for everyday use, including a washing machine. The hotel brochure with detailed instructions and recommendations was meticulously prepared, making self check-in and using appliances in Japanese completely effortless. Hotel support through the Booking app was outstanding, always responding instantly no matter the time of day. To top it off, we enjoyed a beautiful view from the 14th floor. A truly great stay and experience, we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Osaka! Everything was perfect, we couldn’t find a single flaw.

• Jessica (9/5): Perfect place to explore the area. - It was clean and comfy. The location was very convenient to navigate everywhere. Multiple subway stations around. Shopping Street and Tsutenkaku Tower just across the street. 30 Minutes to Universal Studios. The customer service was prompt and friendly. I would stay here again. The windows are not soundproof. So it is pretty noisy. Especially the sirens at night. But they provide earplugs. That helped.
