- Esteban (10/5): Descanso, comodidad y elegancia - Nos gustó mucho su ubicación, muy cerca del parque principal, además del parqueadero cerca del hospedaje. También quiero resaltar la amabilidad y la respuesta rápida ante nuestras solicitudes por parte del staff. La habitación muy cómoda, bonita y aseada, nos gustó mucho. Quizá el ingreso para los que vamos en moto es un poco difícil ya que es una zona que no permite flujo de carros y motos

- LUISA GABRIELA (9/5): El Hotel muy bonito sus areas comunes muy limpio y la señora que nos atentio excelente. - La atencion excelente y el desayuno las opciones que presentaron y que tomamos dos distintas muy rico y completo. El baño de la ducha es amplio y completo su ducha es deliciosa. El olor a humedad en el cuarto que ocasiono que mi esposo sufre de alergias y se congestiono un poco. Tiene sopladita la pintura en varias partes del cuarto donde se ve la humedad. Creo que deberian hacer los ajustes locativos para que esto se arregle.

La habitación tenía detalles de mal pintado en las paredes, especialmente detrás de las lámparas, eso le resta valor. Y se encontró cabello en las sabanas de la cama.

La habitación muy oscura, no hay “front desk” y la persona que nos recibió no dio ninguna indicación de: entrada y salida (cuando llegamos por la noche nos dimos cuenta que necesitábamos una clave para entrar y no la teníamos), no nos dio hora de check out y básicamente sólo nos entregó la llave y se desapareció.

Es silencioso , muy buena ubicación, y la habitación es linda. La habitación del segundo piso no tenía agua caliente, y el baño no es cómodo para ir en un grupo grande, porque las paredes es un vidrio opaco que no da privacidad . Pero después de hablar lo solucionaron.

- Bernhard (9/5): A very charming place - Beautifully arranged rooms. Very good breakfast with several choices. Paolo who is in charge of preparing breakfast is a wonderful person. Very good location and totally quiet. Communication with the management needs some improvement, e.g. they did not send me the key for the door. If there hadn't been people inside the hotel who were having a meeting, I would not have been able to enter the hotel.

Blankets weren’t clean the smell was gross (honestly very disappointing considering the price of the stay) 2. I appreciate technology but I was given a code that didn’t work when I tried to go into the hotel so it was a pain at night … specially when you are traveling with Family 3. Not personalised service, when arriving to the hotel at 5:30 pm staff was gone… the contact couldn’t know what bedrooms I was allocated to, she didn’t know the amount of people of the stay and how many bedrooms I booked… 4. Alarm … they have an alarm that’s gets on everytime the door gets open…. So if you are sleeping at night and other huésped arrives you will be up… I won’t recommend this hotel. Very sad cause I had high expectations

- Cesar (9/5): Comfortable and great location few apples from the uptown - The breakfast is good. Clean and comfy rooms. Great location! The windows don’t open too much so the room is a little dark.
