- prosat.1971 (9/5): 7 giorni a Londra - Bell'appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario per fare convivere comodamente 5 persone grazie alle 3 camere da letto e ai 4 bagni presenti. Molto apprezzati la lavatrice, la lavastoviglie e i due forni. Ottima la macchina per il caffè espresso. Molto vicino alla stazione della metro e in zona sono presenti molti supermercati. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi deve passare alcuni giorni a Londra. Se devo fare un appunto è sulla wifi, veramente scarsa, nella camera al primo piano non prendeva proprio.

Soy muy exigente con los alquileres turísticos y este en concreto nos ha sorprendido mucho a todos. Hemos alquilado dos apartamentos (uno de 3 habitaciones y otro de 2) y la experiencia ha sido increíblemente buena en ambas. Volveremos.

- Viola (10/5): Fantastisch appartement voor een kort of lang bezoek aan Londen - Heel fijn en ruim appartement op 5 minuten lopen van, bus, trein en metro. In een rustige straat, maar toch dichtbij alle voorzieningen. Supermarkten, winkels, restaurants en cafés zijn allemaal vlakbij. De Camden Market is op loopafstand. We zijn de krappe hotelkamers van Londen gewend, dus dit was een verademing. We hebben met z'n vieren 5 nachten geslapen in appartement nummer 2 en dit heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Wat een luxe om 3 badkamers te hebben, evenals een wasmachine en droger en een compleet uitgeruste keuken. De bedden lagen heerlijk. Het contact met de eigenaar was makkelijk en prettig. We voelden ons heel erg welkom. Een aanrader! Het kan erg warm worden in de kamers. Ik kan me voorstellen dat dit in de zomer vervelend kan zijn. Wij waren er in april. Er zijn wel ventilators aanwezig.

- Stefan (7/5): Prima accommodatie met een goede ligging. - Locatie was prima, dicht bij een winkelstraat waar je alles kan krijgen. Er zitten winkels, eettentjes en een metro station. Het appartement was netjes en de bedden sliepen prima. Communicatie verloopt soepel. Het was ontzettend warm in het appartement, problemen met de verwarming. Na een aantal dagen is het probleem opgelost. De gordijnen in de slaapkamer zijn minimaal verduisterend. De bank is wat aan de kleine kant, met ons vieren hadden we niet heel veel ruimte om 's avonds nog even lekker te gaan zitten. Aantal glazen/bekers mag wel wat meer, voor de rest inventaris prima.

O apartamento n⁰ 4 tinha pedaços de acrílicos pelo chão da sala, minha afilhada acabou se cortando, acredito que a limpeza não foi bem feita. Escada para acesso aos quartos dos dois apartamentos pode ser um problema para algumas pessoas.

La experiencia resultó excelente. El apartamento era muy cómodo, amplio, contaba con lavadora. lo que fue fundamental. Está muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de la estación de Kentish Town desde donde viajamos a todo Londres. En Kentish Road encontramos variados comercios, supermercados, farmacias, cafeterías. Los anfitriones estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras consultas. Lo recomiendo sin dudar. Podría haber aspiradora para aspirar la moquete, cuando te alojas por varios días.

Very quiet area but plenty of supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaraunts. Underground station just 5 min away. A short walk to Camden town too. Just minor issues: very tiny sinks in the bathrooms and one bedroom is facing the railway so, at night, you can hear trains ( I'm a very light sleeper and woke up at each train, my husband never ).

- P.J.M. (9/5): Een prima gelegen appartement, dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. - We moesten 14 dagen verblijven in Londen i.v.m. een medische ingreep van onze dochter in het Wellington hospital. We kozen voor een appartement en niet voor een hotel. Onze keuze viel op Xylo Appartement, omdat die de beste indruk op ons maakte. Het appartement was voorzien van alle gemakken, zoals een uitgebreide keuken met alles erop en eraan. Tevens was het appartement voorzien van een wasmachine, wat voor ons belangrijk was i.v.m. het verblijf van 14 dagen. Het appartement was voorzien van 2 slaapkamers, waardoor onze dochter, nadat ze uit het hospital was gekomen, een eigen slaapkamer had. Alle kamers waren voorzien van een eigen thermostaat, waardoor je voor elke kamer de temperatuur kon regelen. De douches waren o.a. voorzien van een grote douchekop, waardoor je heerlijk kon douchen, maar ook van een losse kleinere sproeikop, waardoor je jezelf nog verder kon afspoelen. Verder was de locatie prima. Het ligt in een rustige buurt, op ongeveer 250 meter afstand van een drukke, maar gezellige, winkelstraat. Op korte afstand bevinden zich meerdere supermarkten, maar ook een prima bakker, namelijk Kossoff. Het openbaar vervoer is in Londen fantastisch. In de drukke winkelstraat vertrekken bussen in allerlei richtingen. Tevens ligt op ongeveer 500 meter afstand een metrostation die je in ongeveer 15 minuten naar het centrum van Londen brengt. Wij hebben voor het openbaar vervoer gebruik gemaakt van Google maps. Dat is echt je vriend voor het openbaar vervoer daar. Het geeft precies aan op welke bushalte je moet opstappen en bij welke bushalte je weer moet uitstappen. Dit geldt ook voor metro en de treinen. Kortom Xylo appartements is een aanrader als je voor een langer, maar ook voor een kort verblijf in Londen moet zijn. Prima gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Nog even een tip. Als je een taxi nodig hebt, ga dan de app Jump Taxi downloaden. Het geeft op basis van je gps locatie aan waar je je bevindt en je geeft in de app aan waar je naartoe wil. Eigenlijk niets, maar ik wil toch enkele klein dingetje noemen. In de boekingsadvertentie was niet aangegeven, dat de slaapkamers een verdieping lager liggen, waardoor je gebruik moet maken van een trap. Aangezien onze dochter een zware operatie moest ondergaan, ging het traplopen naar de slaapkamer in het begin wel moeizaam. Het zou fijn zijn om in de boekingsadvertentie aan te geven, dat het appartement waarin wij zaten, namelijk nr. 18, niet geschikt is voor mindervaliden. Tevens ontbrak bij de voordeur een kapstok, waardoor je de jassen niet kon ophangen. Een stofzuiger zou ook fijn als je hier wat langer verblijft.

- Elena (9/5): Отличное место для жизни в Лондоне. - Отличные апартаменты. Расположены в тихом районе. В шаговой доступности две линии метро и электричка, множество кафе и магазинов. Есть все, что нужно для жизни-посуда для сервировки и приготовления блюд, капсульная кофемашина, фильтр для воды. Удобные кровати, большие комнаты. Двери в каждой комнате. Температуру в помещении можно регулировать самостоятельно. Зимой было очень тепло. Есть лифт. Сам дом чистый, все очень прилично. Хозяин замечательный-в первый день случилась небольшая проблема, которую очень быстро решили. В день заезда не было горячей воды. Но проблему быстро решили. Не было постельного белья для второй кровати( хотя в объявлении указано, что в номере две кровати) за второй комплект предлагалось доплатить 55 фунтов. Немного уставшая посуда. Дверь на балкон закрывается неплотно, т к механизм сломан. В остальном апартаменты отличные.

- Miriam (9/5): Heerlijk plekje om Londen te ontdekken - De lokatie is perfect. Zowel Dicht bij underground als overground station? Met northern line underground alles makkelijk te bereiken. Dichtbij appartement ook veel restaurants en winkels maar wel in een rustig gebied. Appartement is groot, leuk ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. 2 badkamers & 3 toiletten. Ideale plek om heerlijk rustig in Londen te verblijven. Host was makkelijk te bereiken en gaf heel snel antwoord op onze vragen. Enige wat ik kan bedenken is dat de 2 douches niet tegelijk gebruikt konden worden. Baggage konden we helaas niet na uitchecken in bewaring geven maar de host had goede tip voor luggage storage dichtbij appartement dus was goede oplossing.

Upstairs was living area and a small bathroom, down some quite steep stairs was bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry. Kitchen was well appointed. Was a short walk from Kentishtown Rd with heaps of pubs, cafes, supermarkets, buses and a tube station. Area was nice, and felt comfortable walking back even after dark. Overall, was a great stay and would recommend. Appliances seemed complicated to use - were Smeg but symbols were confusing. No microwave in kitchen, and rice cooker had Euro plug so luckily we had an adaptor. Dryer didn't seem to dry clothes, but host was investigating after we checked out. Only a 3 seater couch which was a sofa bed - could have used an extra arm chair.

Blisko stacja metra, Sainsbury Local, Tesco i nieco dalej niezapomniany Camden Market. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą. Okolica cicha i spokojna, słychać pociągi za oknem ale nie przeszkadzają. Czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Skomplikowana i mało intuicyjna obsługa piekarnika- przydałaby się instrukcja :) Spędziliśmy naprawdę niezapomniany tydzień. Polecamy!

Host was very good and allowed us to drop off our bag before check in. I would have like it if the manual for oven was there as it was difficult to figure out. Also, the shower area , when you shower all the water would come out and we had to mop after every person had shower with paper towel but otherwise it was totally fine.

I recommend - I stayed here Dec. 25 - Dec 30, 2025, and definitely recommend Xylo Apartments Kentish Town. Our apartment #10, two bedroom, two bath, was clean and modern with lots of natural light. The beds were comfortable, the linens and towels were clean and nice. Although we didn’t cook except for breakfast, the kitchen was very nice and seemed well equipped. We used the toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and definitely appreciated the Nespresso cappuccino machine (uses original Nespresso pods). The location was excellent, a few blocks from the Northern line tube station. There were lots of restaurants in walking distance although we went into central London every day so didn’t take advantage of them. The Northern line provided great access to many London locations as well as connections to other tube lines. Security at the apartment building was excellent and easy to use, and I also felt safe walking in the neighborhood. Check-in and entry instructions were very good and easy to understand. Communication with the host was responsive and clear. This is very minor. The heat is radiant floor heating and we got too warm. Adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to help much so we simply cracked open the windows and since it was cold outside it balanced the temperature.

- S.B. (10/5): Super comfy Kentish Town apartment - Easily my comfiest, cosiest London stay to date. Super safe, clean property in a wonderfully quiet street off Kentish Town Road. I could've stayed here forever. The only London property I've rented that didn't have some issue or other with heating, hot water, or something comparable. Having stayed here in late November, the underfloor heating and very much functional hot water supply from all taps as well as in the shower was much appreciated indeed. The little balcony to step out and stargaze, as well as the continental European, very well insulated windows also added to the comfort. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Absolutely worth it. Just two tiny little things. Maybe I was just too stupid to find the dish towel, or there wasn't one; a roll of paper towels would've been nice to have as well. But I bought two and didn't end up using any, so there should be plenty now 😅

Se encuentra en una zona residencial tranquila y muy cerca del metro, en la calle principal hay muchos comercios y supermercados. El piso estaba muy limpio y ofrecía todo tipo de comodidades, cada habitación tenía un baño más un tercer baño en la entrada y las camas muy cómodas. Además el anfitrión respondía con rapidez a cualquier duda.

Got moved flat since the first one had a broken window and heating didnt work, they moved us to another flat that also had heating issues. host failed to find a working solution and cleaners did not speak english and even took things we left in the fridge where we explicitly said to keep those. i was recovering from surgery and booked this place for my mum- it was an absolute nightmare to deal with and my mum could not access a flat for 2 dates as either there were workers trying to fix the problem or we had to wait to check in to the new flat.

- Scott (10/5): Excellent, comfortable and safe stay - we will be back. - Excellent location and well presented, safe and secure property. Very well appointed with furniture and crockery. Perfect base for a family trip to London. The hosts were very easy to contact via message and allowed early access to drop bags and refresh after a 5 hour train journey and nothing seemed to be a hassle. Some areas of the property could do with a slight touch up on paint work etc and a little refresh, the sofa in the living space feels a bit worn and a couple of the curtains look a bit worse for wear but all in all, I may be splitting hairs and this is nothing other than positive constructive criticism from an experienced point of view.

Квартира очень светлая, большая, прекрасная шумоизоляция, хозяин квартиры приготовил всё для комфортного пребывания - капсулы для стиральной машинки, капсулы для посудомойки, средство для мытья посуды, мешки для мусора, сушилка для белья - на самом деле такие мелочи очень важны и удобны. Подробнейшая инструкция при заселении - не возникло никаких проблем с поиском ключа. Розетки расположены в удобных местах. Есть вся посуда для приготовления и приема пищи. Нам очень все понравилось. Минусов нет. Моя семья тоже не нашла минусов.
