• Diana.sch87 (1/5): Finger Weg!!! - Maximal die Lage Finger weg!!! Ihr rouiniert euch den ganzen Urlaub! Achtung!!! Bevor ihr bucht werdet euch im klaren das diese Bilder mit dem die Unterkunft angepriesen wird, nichts mehr mit der aktuellen Wohnung zu tun hat. Die Bilder wurden vor Jahren aufgenommen - sicherlich nach einer Renovierung, und zusätzlich noch mit weitwinkel Fotografiert. Danach wurde die Unterkunft stark Vernachlässigt. Wir sind nachmittags angekommen und haben eingecheckt, wir mussten tatsächlich erst mal schlucken, weil es in dieser Unterkunft sehr unangenehm gerochen hat. Es hat vermodert gerochen und nach Pestizidmittel. Die Fotos, mit denen geworben worden ist, entsprechen null dem aktuellen Zustand. Die Zimmer waren winzig klein, auch das Badezimmer! Aber das ist noch nicht das Schlimmste, das Schlimmste folgte im Anschluss. Wir mussten feststellen, dass es etliche Kakerlaken gab. Einige lebten, viele waren tot. Sie befanden sich unter dem Bett, unter dem Sofa. Kakerlakenkot befand sich an den Fußleisten. Die Zimmer waren unhygienisch, die Bettwäsche und auch die Handtücher haben unangenehm gerochen, sodass wir uns überhaupt nicht wohlfühlten. Dann sind wir hoch zur Dachterrasse. Die Dachterrasse war eine reine Katastrophe. Die Dachterrasse ist eigentlich nicht begehbar. Total schmutzig. Die Auflagen der Sonnenliegen sind widerlich. Die wurden wahrscheinlich die letzten ein, zwei Jahre nicht gewechselt, nicht gereinigt und haben wahrscheinlich bei jedem Wetter draußen gelegen. Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr bei der Außendusche! Selbst das angebaute Waschbecken ist defekt. Es liegen Holzlatten einfach quer rum. Das Bad wurde nicht richtig gereinigt, es lagen Haare vom Vormieter in der Dusche. Die Toilette war schmutzig. Wir fühlten uns überhaupt nicht wohl. Wir haben kurz danach Booking kontaktiert. Booking hat uns geschildert, dass ein Fall eröffnet wird, bei dem der Vermieter dreißig Minuten Zeit hat, sich zu melden und wir das Geld wiederbekommen, wir sollten raus da und eine neue...
• EvaUM (3/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, la casa está bien pero le falta alguna estantería para colocar cosas ya que no hay mesillas en ninguna habitación por falta de espacio. La cocina está bien equipada. La casa estaba llena de cucarachas, aparecían constantemente. El baño es muy pequeño. La terraza está descuidada.
• Petr (8/5): Nice flat in Malaga - very good location, almost in the city centre. The flat was small but well equipped. Absolut quiet in charming part of the city. A supermarket close to the apartment (300 m). Federico was a very good host A bit of moisture. Unfortunately there were some cockrouches in the flat.
• Chloe (6/5): Passable - L’emplacement était parfait, la plage a moins de 10minutes à pied, pleins de cafés et restaurants à proximité et plusieurs bus menant au centre ville En ce qui concerne les caméras de sécurité qui sont énoncées dans un commentaire précédent (sur Booking ou airbnb): ce sont juste des détecteurs de mouvements qui sont placés aux deux portes d’entrées, il n’y a rien dans les chambres et salle de bain Et en ce qui concerne la porte d’entrée elle se ferme très bien contrairement à ce qui a été dit dans un commentaire précédent également Malheureusement plusieurs points n’ont pas été satisfaisants: - cafards dans une des deux chambres qui nous montaient dessus pendant la nuit (le propriétaire a répondu que le problème n’est pas interne et qu’ils rentrent par l’extérieur surtout avec les changements de températures et dans ce quartier en particulier et qu’il allait le signaler au syndic. Cette réponse n’a pas été satisfaisante dans le sens où nous n’avons pas eu de solution au problème, et la nuit suivante nous avons dû dormir à 4 dans la petite chambre avec le lit superposé (2 dans le lit simple du haut et 2 dans le grand lit du bas)) - appartement petit, surtout la salle de bain - terrasse mal entretenue et sale Par conséquent le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas au rendez vous

• Bereščíková (8/5): - Lokalita je kľudná, blízko k pláži, supermarket cca 50 m od ubytovania, blízko je k tržnici, zastávke metra aj autobusu. Majiteľ Federico bol veľmi nápomocný, reagoval hneď a pomohol so všetkým. Možno by mohli vymeniť naftalénové guličky v skrini za niečo voňavejšie, napr. levanduľu. A kúpeľňa je trošku menších rozmerov, bol problém si sadnúť normálne na toaletu, ale vynašli sme sa.
• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - A great stay, it was very modern and clean throughout. A lovely shower with constant hot water. A/C worked well. Lots of cheap Uber/Bolt taxi options to the city centre if needed. A supermarket 1 minute walk. Nothing to dislike.
• Janet (7/5): A pleasant stay with a few glitches - We liked the location as it was near the beach. The method of unlocking / locking the door was via an app. This was often very temperamental. Would have preferred an old fashioned key! Ants in the kitchen. Pillows were not very comfortable.
