• Jingmin (8/5): With my family we enjoyed our stay. - Excellent location, very central and easy to take buses to downtown and hotel zone. Beach just a few steps from the balcony. Walkable distance to take the ferry to get to Isla Mujeres, 15 minutes away. The property is close to the pirate ship, because of that you can hear the music and party while it last.
• Carrie (7/5): Great location, but needs work - The condo location, complex facilities and beach access we're all wonderful. The condo itself is very much in disrepair and unfortunately was quite dirty on arrival. It's also very much in need of being fumigated as we had a lot of issues with cockroaches.
• Larry (9/5): Superb - I liked the hospitality of the host, He made sure I had entry and pointed out nice locations to visit. Drinking water could have been provided for guest. I had to go refill a 5 gallon jug at the entrance with security.
• Sarah (9/5): We truly enjoyed our stay! - My family and I loved that the condo was on the first floor and could walk out to the ocean. The view was incredible! Sitting on the deck was wonderful and very relaxing. The condo is attached to a hotel and the staff of the hotel have people who smoke do so in front of the condo. The condo security generally does not do anything about it, despite a sign on the beach that clearly states it’s private property.
