• Dale (6/5): It was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay, disappionted quality of clean. - the place is well set up for family's quiet functional and plenty of room for kid to play, pool vision from kitchen is good, The property services a family well and is comfortable however the only way i can discribe the property is its a bit grubby and it needs a good detailed clean through out, ground beside the house grubby, old car battery and old water pumps ex that are left laying around the grounds as they should not be there. All advertized photo's show nothing on pontoon however there is a shit old boat sitting on the pontoon one would have to ask why, clealy has not been used for a long time its an eye sour and leaves little room for people utelize. Photo's below photo of bed side table highligths the amount of dust, other photo doesn't really show the dirt tiles but you get the drift.,

• Michelle (9/5): Great holiday for a group in a lovely house. - Fantastic location on canal, with a pool, pool table and pontoon. Spacious and well appointed throughout. The outdoor TV did not work and the BBQ was not working properly.

• Noelene (8/5): I had an amazing weekend with friends, the house had everything that we needed. - The location was amazing and so quiet. House was just advertised as Airconditioned, but only the main bedroom and the dining room downstairs had air-conditioning. This was the only thing I would fault about the property.

• Wendy (7/5): Overall was good. - House was comfortable for a group of 8 (4 adults/4 kids). Quiet location on the water. Spacious and nice pool for the kids. Mostly clean. Keys easy to collect and no safety deposit needed. Only 2 aircons in the house- not enough. The pool table only had one cue. The kitchen was not well stocked with cleaning products and other equipment for a larger group. Also very random there was still a Xmas tree set up in mid January?

• Leigh (9/5): Great locations, prefect for families - The location was great, and the pool was always warm for the kids. Nice spot to watch the sun set. The internet was pretty good, good enough for my son to play on his playstation for his birthday. Gorgeous weather. There were no plastic plates or bowls for kids. There was a leak above the outdoor BBQ, though it didn't matter as we brought our Webber. I needed to buy dish detergent for the kitchen, also we left paper towel, plastic plates and bowls (for kids), alfoil, and baking paper. Hopefully, the plates and bowls are there next year. Booked again for the same time.

• Jasmine (7/5): All in all was a great accommodation - The rooms were a good size and the seperate living areas. Having the outdoor pool area was fantastic also! Dishwasher was not working, fans only had 1 speed which was super HIGH only.

• Carol (7/5): Good - Handy to the golf club. There was only 1 air con downstairs, which was in the kitchen area so lounge room very hot. One bedroom no fan at all and no security screens so couldn’t even leave bedroom door open for air. Disappointing having the owners boat on the jetty, taking up space for family to gather and fish. No bbq tools or plastic bowls/cups for children would have been handy. Beds were comfy.

No air conditioning in any of the downstairs bedrooms. No ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms. Would be hot in summer. Broken curtains in the upstairs bedroom.

Ensuite renovation not as good as bathrooms, laundry and kitchen. Curtains old and tatty. Rust on curtain rails. Furniture old, stained and could use an update in the living and outdoor areas.
