• Fadila (7/5): - L'emplacement est top. Gare a côté plein de chose a faire a pied.. Le personnel très à l'écoute et super gentil. Néanmoins notre chambre donnait sur une petite fenêtre, qui donnait directement sur un immeuble et l'état au rebord de la fenêtre était dégueulasse. Un peu étouffant. Une seule armoire dans une chambre pour 6 personnes, un peu juste.

• Valeria (10/5): - Классное расположение, очень вежливый приятный персонал. Предложили нам трансфер, что сильно упростило нашу пересадку. Есть лифт, что тоже очень приятно. В общем, советуем! В номере есть интернет, ловит отлично + вода в смешных стаканах. Еще очень забавный вид на какое-то здание из окна.

Merci Messieurs, dame vous faites de l’excellent travail. Le bruit tard dans la nuit mais c’est due au voisinage rue extrêmement animée mais c’est vraiment pour trouver un truc négatif.

• Anton (6/5): - Очень удобное расположение. В номере было чисто. Хорошо оборудованная ванная комната. Удобные кровати. Есть чайник, холодильник, кофе, чай и вода. В номере не было посуды. Из окна вид на соседнюю стену на расстоянии 1 метра. Часть розеток в номере не работала.
• Vladimir (2/5): Строго не рекомендую. - Хорошее расположение, уборка каждый день, замена полотенец и обновление расходников также ежедневное Как-будто в этом номере было сломано все, что можно было сломать : настенный светильник, сальниковое соединение на душевой лейке, чайник не отключался даже с выключенной кнопкой включения (хорошо, что не наоборот), отваливалась ручка на двери душевой кабинки. Номер в запустении :грязь, повреждения на мебели, отсутствие ручки на шкафу, грязь на ножках стульев и подоконнике. Я видел много номеров в запустении, когда не вкладываются деньги в поддержание / обновление, но здесь как-будто даже не исправлялись то, что исправить абсолютно недорого. Белье было сильно поношенное, одеяла вообще были с пятнами: желтыми, красными. Даже на полотенцах тоже были пятна. Две розетки на комнату. Не исправлялось то, что на виду. За окном жилая квартира, а между мусор и грязь. По-моему мнению у владельцев отсутствует хоть какое-то желание хоть как-то улучшить условия проживания. Я никогда не жил в настолько неприятных условиях, даже когда цена была в 3 и 4 раза меньше. Я частно останавливаюсь в хостелах, и не встречал ни одного хостела хуже этого номера. Для меня загадка столь высокого рейтинга. Рейтинг абсолютно не соответствует реальному положению вещей. Либо отзывы накручены, либо это покупка старого аккаунта букинга (если это возможно). Дети спали в одежде и боялись накрываться одеялом выше пояса.

• Spresa (7/5): Super Lage - Super Lage, nettes Personal. Das Zimmer war ja nur zum schlafen ist ok aber die Decke des Zimmers zerbröckelte und es fielen weisse spliter von der Farbe runter, Duschkopf war teilweise kaputt nicht angenehm zum Duschen, sonst war es einfach ok.
• Andrei Costin (5/5): - Frindly staff. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel in Istanbul. The first room we were given was completely unacceptable — it was dirty, with hair on the beds and pillowcases that looked wrinkled as if someone had just slept in them. We were then moved to a second room for two nights. It was slightly better, but still far from satisfactory. There was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and the window was extremely small and faced another building at a very close distance, so there was almost no natural light at all. The mattresses were overly soft and uncomfortable, and the furniture was very old and worn out. On top of that, the radiator was leaking water, and we had to place a towel underneath it to avoid a mess. After those two nights, we were moved again to a third room. This one was somewhat better since it faced the main street and we could finally air out the room properly. However, it came with another issue — it was extremely noisy. You could hear everything happening outside, even late at night, which made it very difficult to rest. The hotel looks great in photos, but in reality, it does not match what is advertised at all. The only real advantage is the location — it is close to the train station and main tourist attractions. Overall, I would not stay here again and will definitely choose a different hotel next time I visit Istanbul.

• Ricardo (7/5): Very well located hotel - The hotel e super well located right in the heart of the Istanbul, you can walk to the mosques or to Topkapi Palace. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast selection could be improved for international guests. While the current menu is very traditional, focusing on salads, boiled potatoes, and green beans, it feels a bit limited for those not used to a Turkish breakfast. I love that the hotel stays true to its roots, but adding more variety like different types of bread, yogurt, and cereal would make it much better

Местоположение очень удобное: трамвай, Мармарай, причал Эминëню - позволяет добраться в любую сторону. Приветливый персонал. Цена очень приемлемая. Рекомендуем и сами обязательно вернёмся! • Теодора Лишева (8/5): Удобно място - Намира се на идеално място за разходки. Наоколо има страшно много ресторанти и магазини. Идеално място! Апартаментът не беше огромен, но ни беше комфортно и имахме място за всичко. Леглата бяха удобни. Не беше добре изчистено. Дори кошът в банята не беше изхвърлен и боклукът от предишните гости стоеше в него. Влиза се директно в едната спалня и баня амясто къде да си събуеш обувките, защото е твърде тясно (буквално само 1 спалня и няма място за нищо друго). Малката спалня беше направена отгоре-отгоре и имаше неизмазани части от стените и други недоразумения, оставени от майсторите.

• can tang (5/5): - Friendly staff. Good location The water drain was blocked when showering. The floor was flooded. Fortunately we got a free change room. The floor of the shower room is very slippery. I almost fell down twice. Wifi is not very stable.

• Arun Dasam (1/5): A deceptive listing, poor hygiene, broken facilities, and terrible service - I strongly advise against booking this hotel based on the photos on Booking.com. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and nothing like what was advertised. When we checked in, the room looked completely different from the pictures. The floor was dirty, the bedding and furniture were dusty, and the bed sheets were unclean. There was no TV—just pieces of cardboard hanging where it should have been. The mini fridge was mouldy and not working, and the door was broken. Overall, the room was in a very poor and unacceptable condition. We raised these issues with reception, but instead of resolving them, we were asked to “adjust” for one night with a promise of a better room the next day. However, the state of the room was so bad that staying even one night was not an option. We were also told the hotel was fully booked and refused a refund, claiming that payments were handled by Booking.com and not them. As a result, we had no choice but to leave immediately and find alternative accommodation. While the location may seem appealing and within walking distance of attractions, this does not make up for the poor conditions and lack of accountability. There are many better hotels in Istanbul, and in reality, most areas are well-connected and easy to get around. This experience was extremely frustrating and felt misleading. I would not recommend staying here if you want a comfortable and stress-free trip.

• Олег (4/5): Самое главное, что завтрак проходит другом отеле, при приходится идти туда целый квартал, администратор на ресепшене пос - Ничего не понравилось в данном объекте размещения! Отель не рекомендую, не соответствует действительности Завтраки проходят в другом отеле, приходится за ними идти в другой квартал, номера в ужасном состоянии, сантехника не работает, за четыре дня пребывания мы сменили в этом отеле три номера, окно не открыть так как вид выходит на прокуренный двор усыпанный весь бычками, завтрак ужасный, есть нечего, и расположение отеля вызывает огромные вопросы. Администратора на ресепшене постоянно нет, даже не с кем решить вопросы. Отель не рекомендую, он не соответствует действительности.

• Natasa (10/5): The best location and the the friendliest staff. - The location of the accommodation is excellent, less than a minute away from the metro and tram station. All sights are close to the hotel. The staff is very kind, the guys Siraj, Ashrab, Noman and Ayhan are very accommodating and kind, the hygiene is at an enviable level, the rooms are cleaned every day, I don't have a single complaint. I have already stayed in this hotel 2 times and I will definitely stay again every time I go to Istanbul. All recommendations.

• ALIAKSEI (9/5): Отличное сочетание цена качество расположение для большой компании - Отличное расположение -самый центр Куча мест где можно покушать и купить себе все на свете Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности Рядом станция паромов откуда можно посмотреть Босфор с воды прокатиться по воде Так же рядом самый знаменитый парк и набережная с видом на мосты и 2 моря Прогуляться пешком там просто прекрасно везде Отличная цена -особенно если едете семьей из 4х человек-остальные варианты либо сильно хуже либо сильно дороже Так же могу отметить что там весьма хорошие батареи отопления и было очень тепло в межсезонье Весьма вежливый персонал -каждый первый тебе готов помочь всем чем только можно Мы останавливаемся здесь не первый раз Минусы проистекают из плюсов-центр города -шум с улицы заканчивается ближе к 2 часам ночи -до этого музыка,кафе,болтовня,трамвай -весь шум летит в окна Так же мне кажется если бы поменять стеклопакеты на более дорогие и толстые(как в том же МАРА отеле)-эту проблему можно было бы если не убрать полностью но сильно уменьшить-и тогда было бы вообще почти идеально Не хватает комфортного освещения-прикроватных светильников ,или каких то небольших светильников на тумбочке для вечернего комфорта с книжкой или телефоном Стоят не дорого -а уюта сильно добавляют В остальном вроде глобально минусов нет По соотношению цены и качества и расположения наверное наилучший вариант для 4х в Стамбуле

• IANINA (9/5): - Otelin konumu mükemmel, sirkeci Marmaray istasyonunun hemen yanında. Yürüyerek Mısır Çarşısı Eminönü sahile kısa sürede ulaşılabilir. Otelin personeli çok yardımcı oluyorlar. Oda gayet iyiydi banyo yeterince büyük. Her şey çok iyiydi
• Rita (9/5): Very nice stay, worth for money - The rooms are really large, so the bathroom. The latter was new, beautiful and modern. The beds are comfortable, the hotel is nice and the staff is wonderful and very helpful. We had a great time there, it was a good feeling to be in our hotel room. The recepcionists were extremely nice and helped in everything, to book transfer or boat trip. The location is amazing, every famous thing worth to see is a couple of minutes walking distance, but also the tram is going by the corner. Lots of restaurants and shops around, also close to the river. - The breakfast is in another hotel, and is quite poor. Not many choices, and everything was cold. - The cleaning stuff were smoking inside the room next to us while cleaning, the smoke came to our room and it was really bothering. - There was no room for unpacking our clothes, only one wardrobe without shelves or drawers just a few hangers, so we kept them in the suitcase for 4 days. - The TV did not work, they said they would change it, but for the 4 days we spent there no one came to change it. I did not mind as I did not go there to watch TV, but they were aware and promised to fix it which never happened.

• Jisoo (1/5): 이 호텔은 심각합니다. 구글 리뷰를 보세요. - 역과 2분거리입니다. 호텔은 제대로 운영되고 있지 않습니다. 방 사진과 실제 제공되는 방은 매우 다릅니다. 실제 제공된 방은 호텔이라기 보다는 폐가 같았어요. 방은 여러군데 금이간 건물 벽, 부서진 채 놔둔 시설물들, 곰팡이, 전기 콘센트도 부서진 채 방치되어있습니다. 그 중 최악은 밤까지 계속되는 소음입니다. 큰 문제는 이러한 불편 제기에 대해서 모르쇠로 일관하는 직원들입니다. 문제를 제기하면 손님이 이상하다는 식으로 가스라이팅을 걸어요. 구글 리뷰에는 저와 비슷한 경험을 한 사람들이 많습니다. 모두 비슷한 패턴이었어요.
• Namir (10/5): - I'll have to be honest and say they staff, hotel and local was amazing, but especially the staff. To the hotel we would probably be classified as Devil guests. We had come home one night and my friends were extremely drunk and decided to break stuff (some things on purpose and some things by accident and throw up on the sheets). I informed them about these things, and they were extremely thoughtful with helping clean the room the day after. I've never seen such amazing room service in my life. When they could have easily thrown us out for being absolute douchebags they showed leniency and care for us. I would recommend them every day of the week. I have absolutely no complaints about anything

• Mhd Yamn (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt – Top Lage, saubere Zimmer und hervorragender Service! - Wir hatten einen wirklich hervorragenden Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – alles ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Herrn Ashraf, der uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit unterstützt hat. Auch das gesamte Personal war durchweg nett, respektvoll und professionell. Auch wenn kein Frühstück angeboten wird, hat uns das insgesamt überhaupt nicht gestört, da alles andere einfach top war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Istanbul definitiv wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Für uns gibt es keine andere Wahl mehr! Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Bien situado y justitas sus instalaciones. - La.ubicacion es perfecta, cerca del puente galata y de toda la parte y monumentos a visitar.A todo se llega andando en 10 minutos.Es muy economico aunque sus instalaciones son muy justas. Las camas de muelles incomodas y excepto el baño que esta reformado el resto muy antiguo. Un solo armarui para 4 personas y sin ni tan siquiera barra para colgar la ropa. Sin cajones.La tv es muy antigua y dentro de un armario con cristal no smart tv.Necesita una reforma y ser actualizado.
