• Santiago (9/5): Alojamiento adecuado y muy cómodo en una excelente ubicación. - Tiene una ubicación estupenda. A 100 metros de la Plaza de San Marcos. La persona que nos facilitó las llaves fue muy amable y nos facilitó amplia información sobre el alojamiento y los alrededores. Era un piso alto y no había ascensor ya que era un edificio antiguo.
• Cian (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the location and how close it was to the train station. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
• Steve (6/5): 3 night Rome stay June 2025 - Location was excellent for hop on and hop off at the Stazione Centrale, and there was a metro stop 5 mins walk away. Lots of fair priced restaurants just around the corner and local shops for cheap drinks and souvenirs. Rooms were a decent size. Giordani was an excellent communicator and quick to reply with any questions posed. The shower was quite poor and was not often hot. Traffic noise was constant due to the busy street outside and whilst there were fans provided, it was still hot at night and Air Con would have helped. Rome was no lower than 33 degrees during our stay.

The space was exactly as described—clean &bright - The location is a huge plus—conveniently close to attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering clear instructions for check-in and always available for any questions. It's a bit on the noisy side, mainly over the weekend.. but still, we were able to sleep well at night.
• Indranil (10/5): A comfortable and memorable family stay in the heart of Rome. - The property was clean, spacious, and perfectly located—just a short walk from major attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was ideal for a family trip.
• Maryann (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spacious and worked well for two couples. It was in a pretty good location and easy to get to. The washer was broke and one of the reasons we rented the apartment was because it had an apartment.
• Karim (9/5): Great Experience - Great location.. only 10 minute walk from Termini train station and within distance of the major sightseeing points in Rome.. spacious with all facilities needed available .. great value considering we were five people.. the owner Mr Giordano was very helpful, allowing us to come to the property an hour earlier than scheduled as our flight arrived early.. he was available and responsive to all our questions and requests.. took us a while to work out how to work the WiFi and hot water boiler, but Mr Giordano was very patient and helpful with guiding us, and once sorted there were no issues.. Nothing! We had a great time and great holiday!

• Pavel (9/5): Giordi is super host, we liked his services a lot. - Finding accommodation is very easy, just follow the tracks from the station. I particularly appreciate the active approach of the host. When we managed to blow the fuses, he responded immediately and arrived within a few minutes and solved everything to our satisfaction. I also appreciate his very good English, so communication was very easy compared to other accommodations in Italy. The place is very close to the station, the supermarket is around the corner and the main monuments and points of interest are within walking distance (only the Vatican is a little further away). It is conveniently close to the main train station, which can also be a partial disadvantage, as the traffic on the track brings a bit of noise, so if you require complete peace and quiet, it is not exactly the optimal location. On the other hand, given how lively it is in Italy, the noise certainly does not exceed the usual standard and we slept very well. It is an apartment in an old building, so it is not super modern, in some places you can see that it has been used for some time, but everything was clean and completely functional, so given the location I consider the price and comfort to be appropriate. Since we like light, I consider the shutters on the windows facing the street, which cannot be opened, to be a minor drawback, hence it is necessary to have light on during whole day. On the other hand, in summer, users will certainly appreciate the shade and lower temperature. Next time we are in Rome, we will gladly return to the same place.

• Chandra (9/5): Good value of money and best location - The apartment was as explained in the add. The location of apartment was perfect for tourist who wants to visit city by public transport or by walk. The rooms are quite big and spacious. and clean. Only thing is that building is old building, however, it's comfortable. I will recommend it, with reasonable price The electric plugs are little tricky, we need to use extra sockets to connect any electric equipments. Since the apartment is on the busy termini street, so it will be quite noisy if the window left open.

• Cristian (3/5): The stay was disappointing due to cleanliness issues, lack of privacy, and maintenance problems. - The location is very convenient, close to the train station and good restaurants. The apartment is also quite spacious. No air conditioning made the summer heat in Rome unbearable. The bathtub was clogged, and the toilet frequently backed up. The apartment wasn't clean, with spoiled food in the fridge and kitchen cabinets. The location was also very noisy. A host's family member entered the apartment when we were not there. There was no toilet paper available.
