• Nadmid (1/5): If you are going to choose this place, you should think carefully first. - No response. No information. Greedy for money. I have sent many messages to get information about the place but no response. But they only sent me a message asking for payment. I did not want to stay. You can get the location information from Google Maps. Very bad service😔
• Phan (4/5): Chất lượng nơi ở không thoả đáng so với giá thuê. - Địa điểm thuận tiện đi lại, nhà hàng, chợ địa phương,... Khăn tắm chất lượng kém và cũ. Nệm, mền gối rất cũ và không êm ái, giường có nhiều bụi. Nơi ở không tiện nghi và không gian không đẹp như hình trên web.

Stay one night maybe ok, stay 4 nights without room services is dirty, no refill of toil - The location is nearby some attractions One of the room its air conditioning is not functioning, stuffy and hot. Bedsheet is spoilt. With washing machine is good but the hanging rod is spoilt, basically can wash cannot hang the clothes. No room service for four night stays, i have to be very careful on eating otherwise might attract ants. I have to throw the rubbish everyday by myself.

• Amanda (1/5): Scam - nothing. I arrived to the airport and received a message from the host asking what time I'd arrive. I replied landed should be arriving in a couple hours. I replied again once I got my luggage on the way. I again sent message once I arrived to the apartment. No reply from the host. They completely ignored every message. I asked the receptionist to call the number on the booking. They told her someone would be coming to check me in. Then I received a cancelation email from booking. I again asked the receptionist to call the number listed. They blocked her call. Scam!!! please be aware this place is a scam.
• Leslie (1/5): Canceled an hour before check-in. - They canceled our hotel an hour before our stay. They said I canceled it, which I did not. Then they tried to get us to stay in much more expensive properties. Booking customer service confirmed I didn’t cancel it and it was them on their end. All they said was they would investigate and remind the property of policies. I travel a lot and I’ve never had this happen in nearly 10 years.

• Jordan (4/5): - Our room had a huge rat that went through all of our stuff, and my friend woke up in the middle of the night with it in his bed! After many messages they finally changed our room, and we paid for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The room we got moved to was nothing like what we paid for or was pictured, and also was only 1 bathroom so got downgraded essentially after what we dealt with. Not a great experience at all;

Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, tiện nghi đầy đủ, ở lâu ngày cũng không thấy thiếu gì. Điểm đặc biệt là có bàn Poker giống kiểu casino, buổi tối tụi bạn ngồi lại chơi với nhau thấy vui, khác biệt hẳn so với mấy chỗ khác. Không gian sang nhưng vẫn gần gũi, dễ chịu. Nói chung ở đây vừa để nghỉ ngơi, vừa có chỗ giải trí, trải nghiệm rất đáng nhớ. tuyệt vời

• Bui (4/5): Decent place to stay - Affordable price in a good loaction. Near the airport, market, park, downtown... If you from another country, when you come to the building with no cell phone service (there' no wifi in the lobby), you can not find them. We stayed more than a month but they never asked how is the stay, do we need anything else, ...(I don't think they care) I let them know the chair was broken, the sink was leaked but they didn't respond. I lost the key, they came to collect the money but never gave me the new one. Thet told me there's housekeeping service every 5 days but I only saw the housekeeper on the day we arrived.

Promised checkin at 2pm end up checkin two hours later. Owner not communicate with staff onsite. No clear detail/direction in regarding checkin location meet up. Detail/information provided only after checkin which is too late. The room photos we have booked according to booking.com are not the same as you checkin. Which is misleading. Booking.com platform need to be responsible for property owner who post accommodation photo up must be accurate as possibles. Property owner always using out of date photos which are taken 5 to 10 years ago when the property are new.i I.e misleading guest who booked the accommodation.. Sleeping on the beds is like you sleep on concrete floor. Booking.com platform must responsible for the following: 1) accuracy of guest Booking 2) owner must not allowed to cancel guest accommodation at the last minute i.e air-con not working e.g Moonlight hotel in De Nang and offer guest in a two Star hotels which not the same as we pay for. 3) Booking.com need to provide a direct line/ easy communication line in which guests can contact Booking.com staff for help when there is an emergency, i.e., property owner cancelled guest booking at last minutes. 4) Booking.com platform owner must increase their refund different offer. 5) Booking.com platform need to provide the same staff who deal with the issues as guest reported the problem at the beginning. I.e in our case we have to deal with 3 different staffs to achieved an end resolution which are troublesome. 6) if Booking.com platform not improving/listen to guest concerns. The next accommodation Booking we will using other platform such as Agoda. 7) booking.com platform need to be up to date with google review when other guests posted accommodation review. 8) i believes Booking.

• Clare (3/5): Bare Airbnb apartment, no kitchen supplies, difficult check-in - Good location. Clean. This is not a hotel. It is an Airbnb apartment. So there is no hotel reception to check in - we waited over an hour for someone to arrive with a key. The apartment itself was clean but completely bare with no kitchen supplies at all - no plates, cutlery, cups etc. As a result we only stayed one night but the owner refused to refund the second night’s fee.
