• Oliver (9/5): Lovely short trip away to Paynesville. - spacious house, good location and pet friendly which was an important requirement for us. Very clean, all the facilities you could need. There is no garden out the back, but this is understandable if they have dogs there, although some greenery would be nice.

Thank You to Amy an - Entering the property was made easy with the coded entry , no keys required .. The whole property was clean and made us all feel comfortable and a home away from home , we will be back to stay at Captains Edge. Every thing was so good, We had nothing to not like …. If that makes sense ….

• Pakou (7/5): All good - Property location and good size of garage for our boat. The driveway is too steep and in two levels; our boat trailer nearly didn’t make it to the garage cuz the spare tyre which close to the tow bar is touching the ground by force. Very heavy plates n bowls which not convenient to use. Not enough large bowls for cooking. Knife also not sharp n difficult to cut anything. No sponge to wash the dishes. No aluminium foil. For our length of stay; should’ve provide enough coffee for each day. Bed and pillows is too soft and not comfortable and too much noise when you move. The property didn’t have a clothes dryer so not convenient at all as the weather also didn’t help. Not enough dried clothes to use throughout the stay.

• Maureen (10/5): We were driving thru and it exceeded my expectations.we walked without dog thru a park into town for dinner the bed was - It was immaculate. Everything was new and we could have our pup. Walking distance to everything Nothing. Loved it

• Melissa (10/5): Great pet friendly place to stay - Everything was provided for and exceptionally clean and tidy. No grass in the backyard for our dog. Was very hot during our stay, so a shaded grassy area would have been nice.

Highly recommend taking the short free ferry ride over to Raymond Island and doing the Koala Trail, we saw SO MANY wild Koalas, Echidnas and Kangaroos! Backyard is mostly dirt not grass, didn't bother us but might be worth mentioning for those with families.

Not atall Pet friendly due to its location in the mid of neig - Easy access to Garage and around parking. -The central bathroom was very smelly. Sort of mouldy small. -The soap/conditioner sprays wasn’t working -The neighbourhood is very Noisy at night due to another resort next door. -Privacy issues at property. Also camera installed with no consent from us. - Not enough and dirty utensils in the Kitchen -Internet cut off and does not have enough speed bandwidth around the property. Several disconnections. - Squeaky bed noise in the 2nd bedroom cause sleep disturbances - Fresh epoxy paint on floor can cause issues if allergic to paint. - Oven didn’t worked in the Kitchen. No lights when turning on. -No kennel for Pets. Website says Kennel is available on site. -Dog Poo 💩 in the backyard left by previous person wasn’t cleaned.

Lovely new bathrooms and kitchen, excellent furniture. Toys, book, games, for children. Lots of crockery and cutlery as well as kitchen utensils. We had plenty of space for parents, children and grandchildren. These hosts are amazing and brought us a high chair after hours to meet our needs. Nothing …everything is fabulous
