That was the only thing we liked about our stay They charged us 480k vnd from bed stains we didn't know where it came from. We asked to have our room cleaned and when we were back we were surprised that they charged us with the stain. We know it's a scam. Also, There were no cooking pans provided. We requested but nothing came. They were very quick to charge us with the stain but never with our requests.

• Fiona (10/5): REALLY GREAT VALUE HOTEL - Last minute booking and it been our best choice. The room is huge, a lot of space. Good equipment for the kitchen. The bathroom is also very good, you will have Japanese toilet and for once in Vietnam… the shower is powerfull ! The bed is very big and comfortable and the TV is like the room, HUGE. Breakfast is lite, it’s the only negative point. You only have 1 choice between all the menu and a drink. The staff is very useful and they speak well English. Genny was the best, very kind. She deserve to get a salary increase for is professional work. lite breakfast

• Van (9/5): Superb - Really nice hotel, not far from MyDinh bus station. Bedroom equipped with a sofa, a desk and a small kitchen with some utensils (be careful with children as some of the knives are really big). Bathroom with a bath and a fancy toilet. A few western dining options in the area.
• Kuo, (10/5): the room is nice, it is in a separate room and it is very quiet. - the breakfast is good and the staff is very nice and can speak good English and take care of what you need. the front counter lady is always smile and can talk good english.

There is no facial tissue, the bathtub quality is poor, the jars of conditioner, shampoo are pretty, but not convenient.

Also the cleaning of the room was spotless and they do it every day The only problem (it wasn't for us) could be the location, it could be a bit far from the center, but something you could deal with.
• Passmann (9/5): Superb - I was there with my wife and we came to celebrate our Vietnamese wedding in Hanoi and we liked it very much. The suite was big and nicely furnished and the staff was very friendly and well organized. I would also like to personally thank the staff again who very spontaneously whipped up these beautiful swans early in the morning. We are eternally grateful to her for this surprise 😃

We weren't aware that they would come and clean. So when we came back, our things were handled (arranged neatly) but we had valuables laying around that we would've loved to have been able to put away if we knew they were coming to clean.

• Brian (10/5): Fantastic, great for children under 2! - Room was huge! Living room, bathroom and bedroom all separate and clean. They had a water server in the room! That made all the difference with our 8 month old son. We could easily make his bottle with hot water readily available. The air conditioners worked superb and the staff really was amazing. If I had to nit pick I'd say the jars they are using for the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are such a waste and difficult to use. Just give me a push bottle dispenser why waste all that shampoo on that stupid jar.

The location is quite far from the tourist spots but the neighborhood is very homely, which was a plus for me. I was in a penthouse and the kitchen seemed understocked, there was no kettle, warm water takes a while to warm up. Internet speed was pretty poor. Minor things but for the money we paid, they should have been taken care of.
• Tan (8/5): It met my needs of being clean and comfort except that mozzie on 3rd day. It followed me in. - Friendly and helpful receptionist. They are able to communicate and understand english well. Surrounding has pretty nice local vietnamese food and you won’t go hungry even at night. Not a busy street and you can have good sleep. There’s no view though there is window with a wall blocking it. And maybe if they could keep that 1 little mozzie out would be great. If you at level 2, there is no network and you can only rely on their wifi.

The room was spacious and quiet. Travelling around and food deliveries by Grab were no problem. Finally, the morning breakfast was delightful and we always looked forward to it. A full length mirror and a kettle which would keep Western travellers happy. The main room would benefit from some subdued lighting and the bedroom from another bedside table. A few more vegetarian options for breakfast.

• Jane (10/5): Luxurious stay in Hanoi - Luxurious and quiet place to stay in Cau Giay district. Fancy toilet, bath with heating lamps. The room is well cleaned everyday with washed dishes. The staff are professional and friendly. Great breakfast. Definitely a great place to end our trip in Vietnam. The laundry service is quite expensive so we didn't use it. However, there are many cheap laundry shops in ally 34 next to the hotel. We went during Tet - Lunar New Year so there were no breakfast for certain days, although we had breakfast included in our booking. This is understandable and expected during this time of the year. There is a convenience store close by but it was also closed during Lunar New Year. Hence, it would be nice if the hotel would support with a mini bar of instant noodles or something during this period.

We had booked a family suite which was a 2 bedroom spacious apartment with tasteful interiors and a balcony. The staff are courteous, helpful and efficient. they allowed us an early check in around 12noon and were always helpful whenever we had questions or needed to book a cab. Apartment was clean, housekeeping service was provided every day, bathrooms had TOTO japanese toilets, toiletries, dental kit etc were available and balcony was huge with a lovely collection of potted plants. Breakfast was a la carte and good options, though not too many for vegetarians. buzzing area with many shops and restaurants. i would definitely stay here again if i came back to hanoi. location was quite far from the old quarter. due to crazy traffic it would take us almost 45 minutes each time to get there, even though distance was only 7 kms. no washing machine in the room, though an efficient laundry service is available. the road where the hotel is located is quite narrow and busy, plus construction work is happening nearby so it was a bit chaotic. however once we got into the hotel, it was a quiet oasis.

• Marije (8/5): Very good - Very nicely decorated and the little kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable. Staff is also very friendly. Through our window we looked out directly on a wall, so no view at all. And two small things: there was not enough hot water to have a bath and for the price I thought the breakfast was a bit minimal (you have to pay if you want a second cup of coffee).

• Khursheed (8/5): Quiet and comfortable homely stay with great service - The location of the hotel is little away from the tourist hot spots but in a quiet locality with a lot of small and big restarurants around. The breakfast offered is good but limited in options. Breakfast could have been better with more options. Also the kitchen should be open till dinner time as well. Currently it was informed that it closes by 2 pm.
• Maryke (10/5): Exceptional - Excellently furnished and loved the bath tub! breakfast was delicious. staff was very kind and attentive the street lost power around 9pm. but they got it back on in about 30 mins
