• Simos Anna (1/5): Η κράτηση ακυρώθηκε μονομερώς από το κατάλυμα, χωρίς ενημέρωση και δικαιολογία. - Δεν πήρα το κλειδί γιατί έφτασα εκτός ωραρίου και το κατάλυμα το ίδιο βράδυ, δεν απάντησε σε τηλεφωνήματα και SMS (ούτε και μέσω Booking). Δεν έμεινα στο κατάλυμα ποτέ, γιατί ακύρωσαν ΜΟΝΟΜΕΡΩΣ την τριήμερη κράτηση μου την επόμενη το πρωί πριν το άνοιγμα της υποδοχής (07.30). Εν συντομία, προπλήρωσα για κατάλυμα στο οποίο δεν έμεινα ποτέ. Από το σύνολο της πληρωμής, μου επεστράφησαν μόνο 59€, χωρίς να καταλάβω γιατί. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ.

• Barbaros (4/5): a room in city centre - İn the city center. Location was perfect İt is so small and there is only small black window. therefore, room is so dark and airless. Only airconditioner and it is in the front of bed and may cause illness. To be able to get fresh air and sunlight is so hard to manage. However staff answer for your any question immediately.
