• Zlatko (10/5): - Alles war perfekt! Wir würden 100 Punkte vergeben, wenn es möglich wäre! Das Appartement ist groß genug für 2-4 Personen, die Einrichtung neu und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles vorhanden was man sich nur wünschen kann, die Gastgeber haben wirklich an alles gedacht! Willkommensgeschenke und persönliche Ansprache finden wir wunderbar, man findet es nur selten in Kroatien. Viele Prospekte, Bücher und Informationen über die Gegend und Umgebung, Empfehlung für Restaurants und Busverbindungen wurden uns von der Gastgeberin vorbereitet. Sie ist sehr nett aber nicht aufdringlich, aber trotzdem immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Vorort von Dubrovnik und ist ideal um sich auszuruhen. Alle 10 Minuten gibt es sehr günstige Busse in die Altstadt, nach 17 Uhr sind sie sogar kostenlos. Die Bushaltestelle sowie zwei kleinere Supermarkt sind in ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr praktisch, eigener kostenloser Parkplatz direkt neben dem Eingang. Das Bett ist groß und sehr bequem. Wir können das Appartement und die Gastgeber nur empfehlen, die beste Unterkunft in den letzten 20 Jahren! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

• Eva (10/5): - El apartamento es estupendo. No le falta un detalle. Ivana estuvo muy pendiente en todo momento. Nos dejó mucha información muy útil y algunos detalles de comida y bebida que agradecimos mucho. Creemos que es una opción magnífica si prefieres no quedarte en el centro de Dubrovnik, muy bien comunicado por bus. Tener el parking en la misma puerta es un plus El autobús al centro tarda algo más de lo que pensábamos.

• Nikolai (10/5): Super - Excellent apartments. I would give 5+ stars. Second floor, private parking, new appliances and furniture, the design is just super. Before checking in, they contacted us via WhatsApp, sent instructions on how to get there and check in. The room has absolutely everything you need for life, even a first aid kit and a sewing kit, not to mention dishes, kitchen appliances, etc. The hostess is very kind. There is no beach nearby, but there is a bus stop to the center and beaches nearby, which is very convenient. We bought the Dubrovnik Pass online, the bus ride is included in the price and is very convenient, no problems with expensive parking in the center. True, the bus from the center is always overcrowded, but you can get there 😀. So an absolute recommendation. 5+

• Desiree (10/5): Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung absolut weiter! - Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Lage mit dem Bus in 20 Minuten in der Altstadt und günstiger als mit dem Auto, Supermarkt vor der Tür, ruhige Lage, Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft, bequeme Betten, es gibt dort alles was man braucht, wie Zuhause fühlt man sich dort

• Luca (10/5): - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolut empfehlenswert – ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen – die Gastgeberin/der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar bei Fragen oder Anliegen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – von der gemütlichen Sitzecke über die voll ausgestattete Küche bis hin zum bequemen Bett hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage ist ideal: Ruhig gelegen und dennoch gut angebunden. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Wer eine gepflegte, charmante und erholsame Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Klare Weiterempfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!
• Kundlakova (10/5): Exceptional - I can't think of anything that wasn't already available, and if there was something you needed that wasn't there, the staff was more than happy to help. Everything is very comfortable, the room was clean, the kitchen is spacious and ready to use, the bathroom has several towels, toiletries, shampoos, even a hairdryer and a washing machine ready for guests. I can't even describe in words how satisfied I was, they exceeded all my expectations!

It was one of the best sleeps I had in my life. We also love that the apartment is complete with amenities. It even has a vacuum, ironing board and first aid kit. None! We loved every bit of our stay.

• Joshua (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very nice, clean, close to a bus stop and the owner was incredibly helpful. My first day was on my birthday and she even got me a card and gift which was an amazing touch. There is a washing machine, microwave, information about Dubrovnik which the owner has very handily printed out in information booklets. So basically everything was covered. Me and my girlfriend were very happy with our stay and couldn't ask for much better.

This modern, stylish apartment is beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home. Coffee/Tea making facilities. A functional kitchen. Cosy living space and a lovely balcony! Communication before arrival and during stay was excellent. Spotlessly clean! Free Parking! A short walk to nearby restaurants. Take Bus 1A/1B to Old Town Dubrovnik. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend! Nothing
• Susanna (10/5): Exceptional - On the bus route to Dubrovnik Old Town (Dubrovnik Pass can be used to issue a ticket), very comfortable bed, nice balcony, comfortable sofa, enough cutlery/plates/pots/pans, filter coffee maker and filters provided, shop just around the corner, the host left us a leaflet for a very good pizzeria who delivers there, mostly quiet residential area Water pressure barely enough to wash hair, no washing powder or tabs provided, all of the oil was expired for months, garbage can so small, we had to bring our garbage out every single day and buy bags for it (would be great if garbage bins were provided for the guest), mosquito infestation despite closing everything, neighbour across the street had a massive birthday party until 1am with loud music and singing, yet we were told quiet hours are from 10?

The equipment is excellent and we liked the fact that the parking place is under the balcony. Supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes away. Value for money is excellent! We were welcomed by the host Ivana and she was very pleasant (gave us a lot of useful information).
