- John (8/5): - When booking, we inquired about a shuttle to Via Rail. IHG said a Via shuttle came to the hotel. The front desk says there is no shuttle, so we will incur the additional expense of booking a taxi. Accurate information would have influenced our hotel booking.

Kids really enjoyed the water slide and pool and adults enjoyed it too! Bring earplugs for night sleep because airplane noise can get loud if that is bothersome. Highly recommend this hotel. Front desk staff is very friendly and approachable for information suggestions.
- Allura (8/5): - Overall it was a good stay, but the biggest downfall was that there wasnât regular shuttles from the airport. You had to call the hotel for the shuttle, and when you donât have network service on a cell from crossing a border into the country, that gets difficult. Also the shampoo in the shower empty, and when we brought it to their attention, it still wasnât filled our whole 4 night stay. Other than that, it was clean, breakfast was good and breakfast staff was attentive, and the safety feature of needing a room key to use the elevators helped you be at peace of mind.

- R (6/5): - Front Desk staff mishandled my appointment for the airport shuttle - I had one staff write me in the book but when I double checked, I was not written in the scheduling. I also had issues with payment. They asked me to provide payment before check in when I specified on booking I would pay at the property. The only nice and friendly staff were the breakfast staff, who helped me when the pancake machine wasn't dispensing properly. My room was OK, but the main floor lamp did not work and my room was constantly dark. I had to turn on all the bedside lamps to make sure I could see while I was packing. Otherwise the room was clean and nicely furnished.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and friendly, and the team was helpful with local tips and recommendations. The lobby was clean, modern, and had a relaxed vibe that instantly put me at ease. My room was spotless and super comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the amenities were exactly what I needed for a short getawayâstrong Wi-Fi, a spacious bathroom, and even a mini-fridge and coffee maker. I especially appreciated how quiet it was at night; I got two great nights of sleep. The location is another huge plus. It was super convenient for exploring the cityâclose to restaurants, shops, and public transport, but still felt calm and secure. I even had time to check out a nearby cafĂŠ and take a walk through a beautiful local park. While I didnât have time to use all the amenities, I did peek at the gym and pool area, and they looked clean and well-maintained. Next time, Iâll definitely take advantage of those! Overall, my stay at Holiday Inn Montreal exceeded expectations. The service, comfort, and location all made for an amazing experience. Iâll definitely be coming back and I wouldnât hesitate to recommend it.

The housekeeping staff clearly pays great attention to detail, as everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The beds were cozy, the bathroom spotless, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the room feel inviting. Having such a large, tidy space to return to after a long travel day was a real highlight of my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and quality during their travels.

- Elif Feyza (6/5): - The hotel was very clean, but the problem is that the service is literally zero. There were absolutely no amenities like toothpaste, cotton pads, or a toothbrush in the room. When they came to clean the room, they didnât even replace the face towels. The breakfast was very bad. The service in this hotel is truly awful.

- Chad (8/5): Great Stay, Be aware of parking charges. - The hotel stay was great. Super friendly staff and nice new, clean building. The pool area was very nice especially for the kids. My only gripe was the parking was $20/day and no laundry service to speak of.

- Victoria (10/5): - The hotel is immaculate and feels brand new â absolutely stunning inside and out. Breakfast was busy but impressively well-managed, with everything replenished quickly and tasting great. The bed was so so comfy. The small pool was a lovely bonus for some downtime. Just note that while there are eateries nearby, youâll need a taxi to reach them as walking isnât really an option. Overall, a fantastic and comfortable stay.

- SYED (8/5): - - The check in experience wasn't that great. Staff member should guide us well about the entrance from the parking lot. First, the direction about elevator signs aren't there and we ended up in a wrong hotel elevator and stucked there for good 10 minutes. - The room is so bright in the morning. Should have more proper arrangement to keep the room dark. - Monday morning breakfast wasn't that great. They have short of food and items and manager simply said they have shortage of supplies. Such big hotels shouldn't have such excuses.
