• Kalin (10/5): It was a great stay and I would definitely recommend! - Excellent Location - walking distance to the Colosseo, a few minutes from metro line A, very nice building, spacial rooms with everything you need. Would be great to provide a second pair of keys, however this wasn’t really a big deal for us - perhaps they would give us if we ask for it.

В апартаментах є все необхідне для проживання. Хазяїн апартаментів доброзичлива та приємна людина. Був з нами на зв'язку в день заселення, допомагав порадами щодо транспорту та очікував нас в апартаментах. В цілому все сподобалось. The apartments are conveniently located, in the central part of the city, we could easily walk to the Colosseum. There is a good pizzeria nearby, many small shops and cafes. The apartments have everything you need for living. The owner of the apartments is a friendly and pleasant person. He was in touch with us on the day of check-in, helped with advice on transport and was waiting for us in the apartments. Overall, we liked everything. Не недолік, а скоріше побажання. Думаю було б добре додати мікрохвильову піч. І дуже актуально для гостей що уже багато днів у подорожі що б в апартаментах була хоча б разова порція прального засобу, бо пральна машина є, а знайти десь в магазинах пральний засіб в невеликих порціях важко. Та і великі супермаркети в центральній частині Риму рідкість. Not a drawback, but rather a wish. I think it would be good to add a microwave. And it is very important for guests who have been traveling for many days that there is at least a single portion of detergent in the apartments, because there is a washing machine, and it is difficult to find detergent in small portions somewhere in stores. But large supermarkets in the central part of Rome are a rarity.

In addition he guided us on how to get to better restaurants - Clean, fully furnished, espresso coffee machine you can name it… Elevator. Too small to carry group of 5 people. However we do not complain to the apartment because it is a built in shared elevator.

• Andria (7/5): Good - Location was great. Easy access to the centre in a nice tranquil neighborhood. Giorgio, our host, was very willing to help with any problems when possible. Nicely decorated flat. One of the rooms is not air-conditioned so if you go during summer the only option is to keep the door of the room open to get ac from living room. The flat need some maintainance, toilet flash on the master bedroom was not working. The host is willing to help with any problems however we had so packed schedule in Rome that we didn't. We just used the other toilet. Beds not so comfortable. The checkin was a little bothering since the host insisted on meeting all of us in person which made it a little difficult with the different plans of the group members. He was nice enough to wait for us while we arrived at night in Rome, however as I realized there is no self checkin option. Flat is on 6th floor which is great, however you have use the small old lift, 2 persons each time. The option for baggage storage if you spent the day in Rome after checkout is very far away in vatican city which is not convinient at all. We had to take the garbage downstairs upon checkout which was also a bit strange.

Perfect of a family of 5, staying several days. In a quiet residential area, with a great cafe next door for morning coffee and croissants, and good restaurants nearby. Not central, but convenient location to get into central Rome, 5 mins from the metro. Building's elevator was a bit finicky, but that didn't bother us much. Would have appreciated a few basic things in the fridge as we arrived late at night. A bit of a smell from the bathrooms, but some running water now and then kept that at bay.

But above all else, the service from the management team was probably the some of the best I’ve experienced. If service is a priority for you, this is the property in Rome!
