• Robert (8/5): The vendors can be a little loud but not as loud as the people at night. All in all it was a good apartment. - It was clean & quiet for the area. The door to enter the building can take several minutes to try to open. The door to the apartment & bedroom is short. Anyone over 6 foot will need to remember to duck your head. We had to be buzzed in the first day. It was pouring rain & the owner took 10 minutes to respond.

• Olesia (10/5): - Хорошая квартира, очень уютно и красиво. Диван не слишком удобен для сна, утоплена вниз зона головы и шеи. Ранним утром в комнате с диваном было весьма шумно, т.к. под окнами рынок и торговцы привозили и раскладывали товар довольно громко.
• Anónimo (7/5): - La situació és bona i la casa és lluminosa i agradable. El pany de l' entrada del carrer, falla. Cada cop per entrar, hem estat 10 minuts intentant obrir la porta. El llit són dos llits junts, no massa còmode. La bateria de cuina molt usada i de material de Teflon molt gastat ( tòxic) per aquest motiu no ho les hem pogut emprar.

• Catalin (9/5): Un oraș minunat și plin de viata. Apartament care te face sa te simți în adevărată veche Italie. - Locația foarte aproape de obiective, piața, mijloace de transport, restaurante,. Spațiul suficient pentru o familie cu doi copii mari. Foarte luminos și călduros. Amenajat cu foarte mult bun-gust. Canapeaua din living trebuie schimbata. Copiii au dormit foarte prost.

• Marti (8/5): Bona opció al centre - La ubicació és molt convenient. Hi ha un mercat just al costat. L'apartament és molt acollidor, decorat amb gust i està ben equipat La porta del carrer costa d'obrir. Hi ha algun estri de cuina que cal renovar. El aofà llit podria ser méa còmode
• marta (10/5): - Casa bellissima e centrale per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse. Intorno casa c’è di tutto market, farmacia, negozi, localini, ristoranti e il mercato di San frediano aperto tutti i giorni. Noi eravamo due adulti e due bambine di 1 e 2 anni, il nostro soggiorno è durato 3gg di cui 2 in casa perché una delle bimbe si è ammalata perciò abbiamo vissuto molto la casa e devo dire che non manca niente!!! Anche le bambine hanno gradito.. Ambiente affascinante ben arredato Due tre rampe di scale ci sono, strette e un pochino irte, però quando arrivi su apri ed è un bel vedere. Consigliatissimo
• Law95 (10/5): Bellissimo - L'appartamento è molto bello e in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere i punti di interesse. L'abbiamo trovato pulito e molto luminoso, completo di tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno.

• Mara (5/5): Not a pleasant stay - Good location. Quiet area, close to all tourist spots. Wine glass was dirty with lipstick stains. I wanted to wash the mentioned glass when I realised there is no dishwashing soap. Instead, there was universal house cleaning solution put next to the sink where dishwash soap would usually be placed. It was a cleaning solution that should be used for floors and surfaces, not for dishes. Which made me question - are the other dishes even clean and if clean then are they washed with the floor cleaner? Then I started to search around for dish soap, which I could not find anywhere. Instead I did find laundry detergent on a shelf amongst olive oil, vinegar and other spice bottles. It was very frustrating, because labels were mostly in italian. No paper towels or any towels in kitchen. Had to use the bath towels for that. No garbage bags in the apartment. We dropped garbage directly in the bin. Don’t know whether it was meant to be like that. When informed the host about all this, the answer was - sorry, I will inform the cleaner about this. Not interested to solve anything. We asked for a cot for the 1 year old baby. The cot was not set up, it was just laying in the corner. So after a long travel with tired kids, we had to figure out ourselves how to set up the cot. In addition we had to figure out ourselves what to use as linens for the cot. The sofa bed was not really good for sleeping. There were big holes and the head part was lower than the legs end of the sofa. Staircase to the apartment is very narrow, narrow doors. Husband hit forehead quite badly when entering apartment with small entry steps, narrow doors and suitcases in his hands. Would not stay there again.
• Grzegorz (8/5): Convenient location, Sant’Ambrogio car park is virtually across the street. It’s more expensive than Baccaria (also clos - Very good location, 10-minute walk to Duomo, windows overlooking the local marketplace. Comfortable, spacious flat. Not very clean.

• Fred (9/5): Very convenient when driving. - Extremely easy to arrive from the parking lot which was 5-minute walk from the apartment. Close to Santa Croce Church and all the major sites. There are no major deficiencies.
• James (10/5): Exceptional - Everthing was great, we liked that the host left a booklet with loads of local information and guidance. All attractions were within 15 mins walk.
• Ben (9/5): Cozy little apartment - An excellent location for exploring Florence. A short walk outside the main areas of the city, which was perfect. The neighbourhood had everything we needed from bars, restaurants, and cafes, to a Gelateria and a mini market, all within a few minutes walk. The local market is full of delicious fruit, veg and all your favourite Italian meats and cheeses. The apartment itself is really cosy, tidy, clean and felt like a little home away from home 😊
