• Elaine (8/5): Excellent for my needs allowing me more space and flexibility. - The large balcony area Being walkable to excel centre Having a self contained area preferable to a hotel It was hot! Fans were provided but after leaving windows and doors open all day it was much better the second night! Obv a lot of noice from outside being in London having windows open. Better options with pillows as found hard but swapped for cushions from settee and put these in pillow case. Was so hot removed duvet and slept with sheet only. I do like it cold! Staying in a hotel tonight and have it freezing!!!!! Menopausal women!!! There are slight improvements to be made to make it excellent! Ie a hand towel in addition to the bath towel would have been good!

• Mohammed (1/5): COMPLETELY AVOID!!!! - didn’t even manage to get it! check in was at 2pm, after waiting 1 hour and 16 minutes i got told the apartment wasn’t ready as the cleaner had an emergency, shortly i was followed up with a call asking i should cancel the booking and magically i would be refunded, avoid at all costs
• Frances (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay I would recommend this apartment as it had everything we needed. - The property was in a great location. With a Sainsbury’s just over the road so very handy to get anything we needed. The parking was close to property so didn’t have to walk far with our bags and reasonably priced for London. Kay our host was easy to contact and check in was smooth. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was stunning and it was nice to have outdoor seating as well. The bed wasn’t comfortable could do with a new mattress. The pillows were lumpy and the duvet was thin. The sheets were poor quality and the bed was badly made and had no mattress or pillow protectors. When we got in it the bottom sheet came off. It wasn’t a massive issue as we only stayed one night, but I do feel that considering everything else was so nice, that let it down a bit.
• Melvin (7/5): Overall, it was a perfect place for a short stay. - The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described. it had everything I needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to a cozy living space. The location is excellent: quiet, safe, and close to transport links, which made getting around very easy. There are also nice cafés and shops nearby, which was a bonus. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and helpful. I would definitely book again when I’m in the area. The apartment building is a bit hard to find due to the post code but not a big issue.

• Gabriela (1/5): I do not recommend staying in this apartment which requires a general cleaning! - The apartment is located in a nice area, close to the water, with easy acces to the market and transportation. The interaction with the apartment manager was ok, he tried to solve everything that wasn't functional, but ultimately things weren't resolved. The apartment is very dirty and many essentials things do not work. The balcony door did not close completly, the cold came in (being the end of November) and we had to use towels to make it as airtight as possible. Two radiators were not heating at wall - the one in the bathroom and one in the living room. The shower head was broken and I was left with it in my hand. The toilet paper holder was broken. The walls were very dirty and in places with peeling lime and the two sofas were also dirty. I understood from the administrator that the apartment is intended for emigrants and special approvals are required to make repairs.

• Aaliyah (5/5): Has potential - Property is spacious. Arrived at 2pm as stated in the booking only to find the cleaner still there. Waited for 20 mins for them to finally come down to only say they needed another 45 minutes to clean so dropped our bags and went to grab a coffee. We return to not only find the floors haven’t been hoovered , but the sofas are dirty and there’s a giant black bag of dirty towels in the bathroom.

• Tom911 (8/5): Well appointed spacious apartment in good location - Well appointed apartment in a great location. Apartment has everything that you might need for either a personal or business stay. Basic shopping and some restaurants nearby and easy access to river walk or ExCel for business travelers. Plenty of room and nice view. Only complaint is cleanliness. Noticed the same issues that others described with hair in the tub and other areas that may have been cleaned in a rush. That aside, nice place.

• Omoruwa (3/5): Poor - Of course walking in the apartment and the area was amazing, I went their to spend my anniversary with my boyfriend and after maybe an hour we started seeing small faults and taking videos of furniture. It’s a whole set up. The sofa was dented and lob sided to one side but of course so we couldn’t see this at first glance as the sofa was pushed up against the wall. The coffee table was very wobbly and fragile, the toilet paper holder was broken and was positioned up so that you can’t tell it’s broken. My most annoying part is that one chair was slightly broken and as I was having my dinner on it with my boyfriend it randomly broke and I fell and injured my elbow. We took videos of all these faults and explained to the host that it was already damaged and he disagreed. When we started to mention all the other faults we noticed with the furniture he said oh he knows and that wasn’t us. He only thought it was okay to agree with some damages when he was confronted. Just because of the chair out of £150 deposit he only sent us £70. Never again in my life I’m staying here again. Like I said it seems to be a set up any object that’s damaged of course is gonna be more likely to break and that’s what happened. A wooden chair is not going to break by me sitting on it for ten minutes.

• Henry (9/5): London Marathon - A very comfortable and modern apartment. All the rooms were large, light and spacious, including the balcony. Facilities were all brilliant and the host was very friendly and helpful. A safe and secure block with onsite security. I'd definitely recommend. It is a bit pricey, although I was there on a very high demand weekend, so maybe it's less at less peak times. And, it's only a minor criticism - I want to make it clear that the flat was satisfactorily clean - however I think it could probably benefit from a more regular deep clean - I found some stray hairs in the bathroom, quite a bit of dust about, bits of food in the sink and some items left that nobody would want to inherit and use - a roll on deodorant for example! Sorry if that reads worse than it should. These are intended only as minor points. This wasn't a dirty place by any means and I'd definitely recommend it for a comfortable city stay with excellent transport links nearby.

• Val (3/5): Should have been good...instead it was AWFUL! - The location was good. Checking in was a nuisance. No bookable parking available. Unbearably hot. No hand sanitiser or instructions for cooker/heating. The latch/lock on the balcony door was broken so it couldn't be closed properly or secured. Lighting flicking on and off at random - very worrying. Broken, uneven sofa. Dirty laundry and bags stuffed all around boiler. Plumbing awful, shower ran hot/cold. Toilet didn't work properly. Toilet roll holder broken. One towel between 2 people. No shower gel/shampoo. Non standard plugs on bedside lamps. Bedlinen stained. Fan broken. No bathrobes. Grubby slippers. All drawers full of rubbish/owner's belongings. Kithcen cupboards full of half used food and rubbish. Box stored on top of fridge. Pans and plates filthy! Hob smashed and dangerous.

• Alessia (3/5): absolutely not that good as the pictures show. disappointing - the area was fantastic and the balcony too. the apartment was in very bad conditions and dirty. I asked information for the professional cleaning service because we have a baby of one year, but the cleaning was awful: - the floor was dirty, probably not properly cleaned with water - the cooktop in the kitchen was in glass and broken in several points, which means it was very dangerous to cook on it - pans were damaged and destroyed inside and we needed to buy our own pans for cooking - the mattress had cuts everywhere and blood stains in the mattress, lining and pillows too - the sofa had cuts on it - the bathtub was dirty and we had to clean it - there were no curtains in the living room to shade the lights, so it was quite annoying for us with a baby, for sleeping - there were no glasses except those for wine and cutlery was thrown dirty in the drawer - the window in the balcony could not be closed because broken, so the noise can go throw the apartment - the hot water in the bathroom didn’t work! we discovered that it could work only if we opened first the hot water in the kitchen This flat was quite disappointing because pictures showed a perfect apartment, almost new, but it was not like that, quite in very bad conditions and probably not that much attended in the last years. What a pity.
