• Wessel (8/5): Very good - Apartment is awesome and in a good location. Maybe consider better pillows on all beds, the single bed against the window's headboard is loose and flimsy.
• David (10/5): Exceptional - It would've been nice to have 2 sets of keys. My friend and I had different plans so it was hard to organise with only 1 set of keys/fob. Apart from that that the place was beautiful! Highly recommend.
• Nicole (1/5): Bad - Nice view and location Could not check in until late due to property not having the key on self check in and had to wait almost 3 hours sitting in the car. No refund or reimbursement given. Floors were clearly not vacuumed and crumbs on kitchen bench. No milk for coffee/tea.

• Catherine (10/5): Review of Apartment - Loved the 2 bedroom apartment. It felt clean and had everything needed. The car lift was a tiny bit scary for some but it was first time doing that. The beds were really hard although still clean etc just quite hard.

Was not sure which security box the keys were in so had to try all the key codes for each security box until we got the one that opened.

The apartment was equipped with everything you need while on holidays. It's location was close & convenient to both the waterfront & the shopping centre. Julie, the owner was very helpful when we had any questions. A sunblock blind in the living area & ceiling fans would be beneficial in Summer.

Quick and clear communication from the host. Beds were a little uncomfortable, fine for one night but not sure how I would go for a long stay.

Easy to walk to esplanade and attractions on the waterfront. Beautiful spot in Geelong. Amenities were great, we were able to use the gym daily and secure free parking within the building was a bonus. A very comfortable stay for our family of 4, with basic amenities provided. Shower heads were awesome with fantastic pressure whilst both showers being used at same time. Great outdoor area with fantastic views. Very comfortable beds and couch. Free Wifi was easily accessible. Host Julie was easily contactable and responsive as needed. Some extra towels would have been great - 1 each wasn't quite enough. Would have preferred 2 per person, but brought a few extra from home. Vacuum cleaner wasn't working but was able to alert the host without issue and broom was available for use. Noted some minor cleaning issues the place could do with a deep clean - small areas of mould in shower on wall tiles in main bathroom, skirting boards built up dust, mould behind kitchen sink. But overall everything else was clean and tidy and didn't distract from our stay.
