- Gabriel (3/5): - A localização não era má Quando chegámos não sabiam da nossa reserva, tivemos que esperar para irem fazer a limpeza do apartamento, que na verdade não foi bem feita, os cortinados estavam sujos, o edredom estava sujo, as paredes sujas estão, achei sem condições para alugar pelo preço que foi.. achámos horrível!

- Mínguez Caballero (8/5): - Se rompió la caldera del agua caliente y el mismo día el dueño la cambió por una nueva, así que se portó bastante bien. Está muy bien ubicado, al lado del metro, el Tranvía y la parada de bus. Las ventanas no cierran muy bien y se escucha ruido de la calle.
- Lorena (7/5): - La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de la Catedral de Roma. El metro está a 5 minutos andando. La limpieza podría mejorarse. La puerta del baño no tenía manilla y la contraventana de la cocina estaba rota.
