Christopher (8/5): Overall very good - Key collection was not near to the property Ski lockers were not clearly marked we had to check all until we found the one for our apartment.

Richard (10/5): Our second visit to Derby - We really liked the cozy traditional feel of the chalet positioned very close to the ski lifts and shops with great views of the mountains. The new furniture, such as updated beds, lamps, tables were a welcome addition. A little support from the hotel would be appreciated, such as providing a taxi to and from the chalet with the luggage. A safe should also be included within the property.
