• Iván (8/5): Detalles en comunicación, pero lugar muy bonito - La vista es muy buena, puedes apreciar la ciudad por la noche, la cama es bastante cómoda y el baño muy limpio. Hubo detalles en la comunicación con el propietario, lo cual se solucionó posteriormente y estuvo atento durante toda la estacia, les recomiendo revisen los mensajes constantemente para que no les pase como a mi.

• Bence (10/5): Great, well equipped apartment with amazing views - We had a great stay in the apartment of Fernando. As promised, the views are exceptional, at day and at night as well. The apartment is small but well equipped, all the necessary items are there. You can use the washing machine in the building. The doormen at the entrance are all very nice and polite, they don't speak English though. We also used the gym for a small extra amount, but the equipment is very basic. The location is great to get to know the real Bogota, the streets are safe at night. The area is between the fancy and expensive northern part of the city and the downtown area of Candelaria. The bed is a bit small for two people (140 cm wide) and the water in the shower is only warm if you turn it on just a little bit.

• Alessandro (8/5): Very good! - The small apartment is definitely extremely beautiful. The view is truly breath-taking. Check-in was very easy. The owner is very helpful over the phone. There are 3 negative aspects. One is that the battery of the automatic door had run out, so the owner risked having to come there on Christmas night to change it, but fortunately, we managed to solve it. In my opinion, the battery should be changed once a month and its capacity measured regularly to avoid this issue. The second is that the owner asked me in cash for a higher amount than what was confirmed by Booking, saying that the Booking commission was my responsibility. Having been a Booking customer for many years, I knew that wasn’t the case, so I paid the correct amount as confirmed by Booking, and the issue was resolved. When I returned to Bogota, I booked in the area near the Hippies Park and I found it more convenient because there are many services in that area, while here I always had to take an Uber to do anything. However, I do recommend the bakery near the apartment, it’s really good.
