• Luiz Chagas (10/5): Foi muito divertido passar as férias nesta casa, com a família. - É uma casa confortável, muito bem localizada e bairro muito tranquilo. O ar condicionado central não estabiliza bem a temperatura e como eu fui em uma época que estava fazendo calor, quando eu tentava ajustar a temperatura abaixo de 76, ele às vezes travava.
• Everaldo (10/5): A casa atendeu muito bem a nossa familia, um excelente lugar para ficar, muito tranquilo. Recomendo. - A casa é espaçosa e a climiatazação dela estava perfeita, piscina limpa, churrasqueira disnponivel. Localização muito boa, ficava a 10 minutos de um Walmart. Também estava muito proxima a alguns parques da disney, o que ajuda na locamoção de ir e vir sem se cansar muito no transito. Mesa de bilhar para as noites mais tranquilas foi ótimo. Também precisamos fazer um check-out tardio, na verdade precisamos de mais um dia pois nosso voo sairia muito tarde naquele dia, e os anfitriões foram muito atenciosos no atendimento e podemos negociar um estadia a mais para podermos ficar na casa até a hora de ir para o aeroporto. O chão estava um pouco empoeirado mas acredito que é do periodo entre uma locação e outra.

• Carman (10/5): Absolutely will stay here again, the hosts were so gracious about adding a person to our reservation and the pool kept m - Very accommodating when we had a last minute change in plans, and the welcome package was very nice. Could’ve used more towels for 4 people for a week, but we just washed them to reuse. Would have loved a shower sprayer and a little more comfortable king mattress, but everything was wonderful, I just like these things at home.
• Warren (8/5): Fabulous location, great size rooms, pool lovely and pretty much equipped with everything you would need. - We liked the size and the pool Surface areas were all lovely and clean however the pool area was a let down with old cigarette ends around the loungers in the corner - table wonky & umbrella broken - felt like it needed a power wash to spruce up
• Cierra (10/5): Excellent - This Villa was very nice . Appliances were all in working compliance , & up to date . We really enjoyed our stay it this property . Would definitely recommend. Convenient location ( 15 mins away from Disney & other attractions .
• Jessica (9/5): Superb - The location worked perfectly for us. It is a beautiful house and neighborhood, extremely kid friendly and quiet. The house was well maintained and clean. The best part is the location. It is about a 20-minute drive to Orlando and the Universal Studios. All in all a nice stay, the only thing missing was that the pool was not functioning, there was no water in the pool and some towels left from previous guests.
• Dacil (4/5): A nice property but TERRIBLE customer service. - The space of the house was great, it was big and airy. The rooms a good size, comfy beds, and kitchen had everything we needed. Great parking and safe and silent neighbourhood. Close to the parks and shops. The customer service was terrible. We arrived in the evening to a toilet that did not flush properly, it was only used once as soon as you flushed the water would rise like it was to spill over. I immediately messaged the property company to let them know what was happening, even though they sent a maintenance guy the following day, it was not fixed, he also left random toilet paper filling up the basket. For the next 4 days we had only access to one bathroom, I sent multiple polite messages up until the night before we left. I am not pleased with the way we were just ignored and brushed off. We paid for a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house not a house with one bathroom. A courtesy call would have been kind or even a bottle of wine, a card? anything. A shame as the house itself is comfortable.

• Adriane (4/5): Do not book the grill! No good communication! - A nice house and we had a warm welcome. Lights were on when we arrived, soft music was playing, so we felt comfortable at once. The house was clean. The gas grill which we booked in addition and paid 180 Dollars could not be used as we arrived! Someone before put aluminium foil and choal in it, so we were not able to use it. In addition to that, the gas bottle was not full, but less than a half full. We wrote to the host and 2 days later they placed another gas grill outside the porch, but a very smaller one! As we paid that much money for it, we decided to clean the big Weber grill to be able to use it. We sent the before- after pics to the host and kindly asked for a discount for our inconvenience, but he never answered back! He was able to answer pretty quick when we talked about to pay the 180 Dollars for the grill, but even by sending the mail with our question for the discount twice and also in his office (plusvacationhomes) we did never get a response! That was very unpleasant and as a good host it would have been appropriate at least to thank the guests for cleaning up the grill! That is why we would not book again.
• White (10/5): Overall had a 10/10 stay and would stay again - The bedrooms were beautiful, the house was in a quiet neighborhood which had a park. The pool was great other than cold. Having to pay for the pool to be heated, I get the cost of everything just thought that maybe heating would be kind of essential.

We loved having our private pool, plenty of living space, clean linens, clean kitchen and bathrooms. House was perfect for us! I wish we could have controlled the A/C in the house, it did get warm; but nothing we couldn't handle.
• Jeannie (9/5): Affordable house for family of 5 kids clean, safe, great location. - The location was wonderful for our trip in the middle of Legoland and universal. Easy to get to Old Town and and shopping. Quick trip to I-Drive and I-4. The neighborhood was tight but beautiful. I wish communication would have been better 😕. Our microwave didn't work, I sent a message but the only reply I received was what's the address. The issue was never fixed and there was no further communication. The beds were a bit on the harder side. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would definitely stay here again.

• Johnson (10/5): I had a comfortable stay my family had fun! - Spacious and had a great variety of available items in the home! Play room was magnificent my family lived in it!! It was a lot of does and don’t listed everywhere!!! But I respect the desire to maintain your property!
