• ANGELA (10/5): - No one could wish for a better accommodation in Florence, at 30 min walking distance from historical center, with a very well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, a nice walk-in shower, a beautiful garden and safe parking included. Communication with hosts was also very good. Who can ask for more?! For us was perfect. Mille grazie, Maria and Carlotta. We will definitely return and recommend it to all our friends.

• Lynette (8/5): Lovely apartment and friendly and helpful host. The garden area is great. - Loved the kitchen and garden. It was great to have the space. Maria was very helpful. Parking was a bonus too. The bed and bedding could have been more comfortable. The bed is small. There was no top sheet, comfortable underlay or doona (understand this is standard for Europe). Just one light top sheet so it was cold. We did find a doona to use under the bed.

• Renate (9/5): Superb - Extremely friendly host. Excellent off-street parking, spacious and secure. Great private access, modern, clean. With top notch kitchen and spectacular court yard.
• Sh (10/5): A definite must! - A hidden gem! A lovely cosy, quiet, clean and well presented property perfect for a couple. Very comfortable large bed, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom and super patio area. It also has a washing machine. It is well located and a walkable distance into the centre. A lovely parking spot is available too. Nothing!

The door is almost hidden in the wall and the flat is clean and bright with an excellent small private garden. The host, Maria, and her daughter were very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. Liked it all
