• Guest (7/5): - Sehr schönes helles Zimmer, alles gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war ziemlich weit außerhalb, aber das wussten wir auch schon vorher also ist das nicht wirklich weiter schlimm gewesen. Der Bus fährt auch direkt vor der Haustür ab, also ist es einfach trotz der Entfernung in die Stadt zu kommen.

• Alessandra (6/5): Appartamento impeccabile, peccato per la mia personale esperienza a dir poco spiacevole. - Appartamento impeccabile, pulizia e comfort eccezionali. Tuttavia, consiglio vivamente di prestare attenzione perché i proprietari pretendono che al momento del checkout sia tutto pulito e impeccabile, addirittura immondizia da gettare e critiche su minuscole macchie di caffè lasciate in cucina (nonostante nel prezzo fosse compresa la tassa pulizie che avevo ovviamente pagato) La mia esperienza è iniziata bene e finita male: condizione imprescindibile della prenotazione era il buon funzionamento di internet, visto che il soggiorno era legato a motivi strettamente lavorativi. Il wifi smette all'improvviso di funzionare e sono dovuta andare via prima del previsto, chiedendo ovviamente di essere rimborsata delle notti di cui non ho usufruito pur avendole pagate. Non c'è stato nulla da fare: sono stata accusata, immotivatamente, di aver lasciato la casa sporca per giustificare il rifiuto del rimborso. C'è da dire che il proprietario, molto gentile, si è subito mosso contattando l'assistenza per riparare il danno, ma ovviamente io ero già andata via perché non potevo lavorare senza internet. Alla fine dopo diversi inviti alla decenza e alla civiltà sono riuscita ad avere un rimborso assolutamente irrisorio e che non rispetta neanche lontanamente ciò che ho pagato e di cui non ho usufruito. Peccato.

• Sučević (9/5): Superb - The bed was really comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. It had everything you need. Bad isolation from the door and windows. The door lock makes weird noises often. The windows are on street level so it is not really possible to open the blinds.
