- Davis (7/5): Excellent, would book here again. - Apartment was great, clean and comfortable. Big rooms. AC wouldn’t work upon arrival but was quickly attended to by manager. Builder hot water dropped out during our stay but came back online a few hours later.

Small supply of garbage bags, dishwasher liquid, toilet paper, washing liquid, enough to get you through the week.
Cindy was amazing with checking in and out, everything was so easy. There is currently construction on two unit blocks next door running from 6.30am till 6.30pm Monday to Friday you can't have doors open or sit on balcony as it extremely noisy. They woke us up daily.
Our car space was in basement 4, extremely tight wind down four levels, then there was a storage locker which a large car wouldn't fit. There is visitors parking available for maximum 4hrs and timed street parking.

- Wen (10/5): Exceptional - Communication with AGC Property was prompt and smooth. They have provided a contact person and phone number for on day check-in and the check-in process was easy. Cindy was very polite and gave all the important information to note when using the carpark. The apartment was fairly new and have all the essential amenities - Washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, kitchen appliance, crockery and cutleries. I was most impressed that it has a Dyson stick vacuum to clean the floor area. The apartment was airy and spacious and we loved going out on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful ocean view.
We enjoyed the great location - the apartment is two streets away from the beach, 3 mins drive to the Oasis Shopping Centre and 5 mins drive to the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The vacuum cleaner needs a clean. It smelled like dogs (animal) when you turned it on. Nonetheless, it worked magic as all Dyson vacuum cleaners do.
