• Rita (7/5): Ich war insgesamt zufrieden, vor allem wegen des günstigen Preises. - Das Zimmer war zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Die Lage für meine persönlichichen Bedürfnisse ideal. Unangehm war, dass die Heizung nicht angedreht war, als ich gekommen bin. Da ich damit überhaupt nicht gerechnet habe, habe ich es erst am nächsten Morgen festgestellt, da es im Zimmer sehr kühl war. Ein Papierkorb im Zimmer wäre auch gut gewesen.

• Franziska (9/5): Lovely, homely place - My host made sure I knew exactly where and how to get hold of the keys. The room was pristine and very spacious, the bed super comfy.

• Mirza (1/5): I REGRET BOOKING this room !! - The room was spacious. Nice restaurants near the apartment. Nice furniture. !! 1) The room was very cold(November). Only one of the 2 heating devices worked and the other one was LOCKED to O level. Also in the bathroom was so cold because the owner would not open the heating to save money. After the first night i woke up at 5 a.m to start the heating in the bathroom so that my wife can take a shower at 6 a.m Because of that the lady owner confronted is later the day, and we had a verbal fight with the owner who said that I cannot keep the heating on indefinitely. She said I can only open the heating 20 minutes before I start the shower, and than close it. It was impossible for that bathroom to heat up in 20 min(old building with high ceilings). I informed her(the owner) that my wife and I are really cold in the room and bathroom since it is almost mid November. She said that I need to put more clothes on me. Either I put more clothes on us or we should leave the apartment since we only paid 30 euro. How can I be ashamed by you (the owner- EUGENIA) for paying 30 EUR when this was your requested price? Are you serious? 2) Also in the room were my wife and I rented, there were 2 big Nude Foto frames of the owner with her private parts. Why would I want to look at that? Absolutely disturbing. I visited 22 countries and never had such a negative/strange experience with the owner. 3) she would insist not to close the door of the apartment with a key since the neighborhood was safe(she said). We had 6000€ worth of foto and work equipment with us so we were always stressed out when we left de apartament for activities.

• Wolfram (7/5): Privatzimmer Vermietung - . Es ist eine Privatzimmer Vermietung mit Familien Anschluss. Es muss dabei auf ein kleines Kind rücksicht genommen werden.
• Petra (8/5): Super Lage, schönes Zimmer, liebe Mitbewohner ☺️ - Wer das Leipziger WG-Leben fühlen möchte und kein Problem hat, das Bad mit anderen zu teilen, erkennt den Wert dieser Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Echt kultig!
• Karolina (6/5): Było w porządku. - Gospodyni to przemiła kobieta. Bardzo pomocna, dużo mi podpowiedziała, przesympatyczna! Pokój sam w sobie bardzo przyjemny. Bardzo polecam z nią kontakt! W pokoju nie było miejsca w szafach na moje rzeczy, a sam pokój nie był zamykany na klucz. Martwiło mnie także to, że mieszkanie także nie jest zamykane na noc. Panowała tu zasada, że jeśli ktoś jest w domu to nie zamyka się go na klucz, ale nie było to komfortowe, gdyż miałam w pokoju laptopa, czy aparat i nie czułam się pewnie. Niestety też na sam koniec była sytuacja w której zostałam poproszona o opuszczenie pokoju o 10, gdzie rezerwację miałam do 11, ponieważ pokój był przygotowywany na następnego gościa. Było to dla mnie bardzo niewygodne i nie powinno to wyglądać w ten sposób.

• Lady Smith (4/5): Worst Booking.com Stay So Far - What I Liked: The location is very convenient, with plenty of cool and interesting places to visit and great restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay, which was a big plus. What I Didn't Like: Unfortunately, several issues made my stay less than ideal. The listing originally didn’t mention that the bathroom was shared, which was misleading. Solo female travelers should also be aware that the room doesn't have a lock on the door, which may be a security concern. The bathroom itself was cluttered with other people’s toiletries, leaving no space for my things. I had to fumble through over half a dozen bathrobes just to find the light switch. The accommodations are quite "lived-in," and there’s very little space in the refrigerator for guest use. The freezer is off-limits, and the fridge broke during my stay, causing all my groceries to spoil. Unfortunately, the host didn’t offer any compensation for this. There were no amenities provided. You’re left to figure out how to dispose of your trash on your own, and if you’re staying in the summer, be prepared—there wasn’t even a desk fan to help with the heat. Overall, while the location and basic comforts were okay - the lack of privacy, security, and attention to guest needs means I wouldn’t stay here again.
• Migue (5/5): Apartamento cómodo, convivencia no tanto - La ubicación era muy buena dentro de nuestros intereses, la cocina era funcional y la habitación era grande y cómoda. La dueña estaba despierta con su hija desde las 7 de la mañana y el ruido nos cortó el sueño varias veces. El día anterior, sin avisar, nos dijo que debíamos de abandonar la habitación a las 9:30. Si hay un cambio de horario de salida, se debe de hacer conocer antes del inicio de la estancia, porque se paga con unas condiciones.
• Altmann (5/5): - Die Lage ist super Leider geht aus der Buchung nicht deutlich hervor,dass es sich hier nur um ein Zimmer handelt. Man bewohnt ein Zimmer in einer privaten Wohnung.
• Dominika (9/5): - Bardzo miła właścicielka. Pokój duży, wygodne łóżko. Mieszkanie ulokowane w super dzielnicy. Niedaleko park, dużo zieleni oraz klimatycznych knajpek i kawiarni.
• Adrianruiz86 (10/5): - The room was comfortable and the owner is so nice. She made things easy. It is a family flat, and you rent only a room and share bathroom with the family, but it's calmed and not noisy.  The bathroom is big and everything is clean. The bed is so comfortable and the room has so good windows, that if they are closed there is silence.  The flat is well located, near bars and restaurants and not too far from city Center. It is well communicated with transport. We recommend it, but you must know that you don't rent the entire flat.

• Stefan (6/5): Für den halben Preis kämen wir wieder. Bei einem Preis von 120€/nacht bekommt man problemlos auch ein Hotel. Jetzt h - Lage Preisleistungsverhältnis m.E. für ein WG Zimmer in Leipzig nicht angemessen….120€/Nacht. Vermieterin war aber sehr nett.
