• Emanuel (6/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, mieszkanie wyposażone w porządku i funkcjonalnie W mieszkaniu w wielu miejscach było brudno, właściciel przeznaczył na trzydniowy pobyt 1 rolkę papieru toaletowego dla trzech osób. Na prośbę o dostarczenie większej ilości odmówił.

• Mahr Muhammad (9/5): Great Position and warm atmosphere - The position is really central and there are some cute resturants and bars to eat close by. Moreover the apartment was quite big for a couple, the bed was comfy and the place was clean. Maybe just the toilet is a bit small but nothing too bad especially thanks to the beautiful big shower. The staff was really nice.

Приятно местенце. Имайте предвид, че леглото е на високо със стълбичка, но го знаех от снимките. чистотата куца, дано е било еднократен пропуск, защото мястото никак не е лошо, хазяинът е отзивчив.

• Kinga (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czyste i przytulne mieszkanie, wygodna łazienka i prywatny taras, gdzie można odpocząć. Mieszkanie jest zlokalizowane w centrum, ale dzięki usytuowaniu od podwórza bardzo ciche.

• Katarzyna (9/5): Udany i spokojny. - Lokalizacja jest bardzo korzystna, blisko do centrum i komunikacji miejskiej. Mieszkanie położone na parterze, we wnętrzu podwórka. Łatwy dostęp dla podróżujących z walizką. Cisza i spokój, przyjemnie i chłodno w upalne dni. Brak wody pitnej butelkowanej.
• Gerda (10/5): - A lakás tiszta és modern, a konyha jól felszerelt volt. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű közel volt a metró és a vasútállomás is könnyen megközelíthető.

• Ana (7/5): Para el precio esta Ok :) - La ubicacion es buena y el apartamento tiene las cosas necesarias :) No estaba muy limpio, el sofa tenia humedad (y nisiquiera es un sofa cama, lo cual habiamos reservado porque eramos 3 personas). En la sala la cortina no cubria todo, significa que cuando dormi en la sala todo el mundo podria verme por la ventana. Y la entrada es muy creepy, se entra por la salida de emergencia trasera del edificio como si se fuera al patio y es MUY raro :)

• Ruth (3/5): Cauchemardesque - Nous avons été très déçu par l’hébergement. Pour commencer les rideaux sont cassés de ce fait l’intérieur de l’hébergement est visible de l’extérieur. De plus le canapé est taché et déchiré en dessous. Le meuble à coté du lit n’est pas propre et la fenêtre de la salle de bain ne ferme pas sans parler de la moisissure au plafond. Enfin, l’hébergement est isolé au fond d’une allée ce qui n’est pas forcément rassurant. Je déconseille en particulier si vous êtes une femme qui voyage seule. Tout. Vous devriez visiter ces endroits pour voir ce qui est proposé aux clients. C’est triste

The thing with the 3 distinct doors every time before entering and leaving is really frustrating and boring. The courtyard's lighting is insufficient to say the least. The bunkbed is not really comfortable.

• Noguera (6/5): Buena relación calidad-precio, pero faltan cosas por mejorar. - El apartamento está bien ubicado, bien equipado para pasar unos días y limpio por dentro. El día que llegamos, al entrar al jardín interno, nos encontramos con la desagradable sorpresa de la cantidad de basura y suciedad que había, la cual no podíamos evitar ya que había que cruzar por ahí para llegar al apartamento, y lo peor es que tuvimos que pisar muchos cristales rotos que había en el camino para entrar y salir de este. Una vez dentro del apartamento todo estaba en orden pero la primera impresión no fue buena. Al haber llegado de noche y siendo dos chicas viajando solas, causó miedo cuando lo vimos, pensando que nos habían engañado, ya que no aparecen fotos de esa parte del jardín en la reserva. También estaría bien sumar algunos cosas que creemos necesarias en un apartamento como aceite, bolsas de basura, trapo de cocina, papel de cocina, entre otras cosas.

• katy (9/5): C'était parfait! - La situation géographique, très proche du centre, on peut s'y rendre à pied. L'appartement est très calme, la petite terrasse est très agréable. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et le lit était très confortable. L'hôte répond très rapidement. La visite d'un petit chat sur la terrasse à qui nous avons donné à manger, espérant que tous les prochains visiteurs en fasse de même. Il manque un brin de nettoyage, comme dans le frigo....

В апартаментах все есть,кухонные принадлежности ,смарт ТВ,хороший интернет.

• Arbel (10/5): Peace and quiet spot indoor and private garden, pleasant and cool on hot days. - the garden outside the flat is amazing. super private and as the weather was great we were able to spend the evening and morning relaxing outside while some stayed in the living room. We choose this flat as you can cook your meal and you do have everything you need include good oven. but as there are so many great resturants few minutes walk we ate outside and got snack in a nearby supermarket to eat later in the garden with a night tea

• Giacz (4/5): Disappointing - The location is good and it is quiet enough It doesn't correspond to the pictures. It's not been cleaned thoroughly in months. Washing machine doesn't work. It's all dirty and not well-equipped for more than 1 day.

• Selen (9/5): Thanks for everything! - The garden made my daughter very happy. It is in the shade and we had our breakfast there. It is a small place, it smelled wonderful when we entered. There were no paper towels and hand soap, but we stayed for 1 day so it was not a problem for us. -

• Bernadett (9/5): Superb - Attentive, helpful host. Central location, half an hour from the airport by metro. Well-separated, clean apartment equipped with everything you could need. The small terrace in front of the apartment is cozy. Getting onto the loft bed may be difficult for some people, and this should be indicated as a warning in the description. This is not a negative, just an observation.

(9/5): Great place great location, friendly host! - - Location is very strategic with a wide choice of public transport and shopping - the peacefulness The little private garden The host is very friendly and easy to approach. I am thinking of using this accommodation as my future base - Attention to the drain of the shower cubicle as the water drains very slowly.
• Stiliyana (3/5): I don’t recommend this property, really bad hygiene. - I liked the location and the heating system, also the idea with the backyard. There was hairs, dust and dirt everywhere. The amount of hairs in the property were absolutely unbelievable. There was a tennis ball and cigarette butts outside in the backyard and a toothbrush in the bathroom’s cabinet, hairs and stains IN THE FRIDGE, which means just one thing- nobody even checked some of the areas after the last guests. In a chat with the owner (I guess) I was told that if there was a professional cleaning after every night- the price was gonna be about 100-120 euros. So that’s the reason why a property with this location is with this price. The man in the chat was polite and calm to be honest, just with different understandings.

The shower didn’t drain and after repeated attempts the host did come and unblock, unfortunately this was the day before me leaving. If everything had been clean and functional I would have really enjoyed my stay here! The location is fabulous and I imagine in summer the outside area is nice to use too. • Jonathan (10/5): Superb all round - have recommended to family and friends in the USA. - A 25 minutes' Metro ride from Sofia Airport to Serdica I Metro station. So easy. Come out out of the Metro, walk up a few metres, turn right onto Stomboliyski, 5 minutes down to the traffic lights on Botev, Turn left at the lights, and walk a few metres. You're at No. 50, Botev. Delighted upon entering the apartment, clean, spacious, modern, well-designed, full kitchen suite and Wifi too. On Stomboliyski you have an excellent supermarket and King's Bakery, all just a few minutes away. Super quiet and peaceful. I slept great! Near to Vitosha and some of the main sightseeing attractions. Looking forward to another stay in 2025. N/R
