  Excellent views of the Jungfrau Mountain are provided from the balconies and terrace of the apartment. It is furnished with modern decorations and equipment and has an open-plan living area with a fireplace and flat-screen TV with cable channels. • Sally (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay in Wengen. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5, lovely and modern, nice and clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. Location was great despite the walk up the hill, and the views of the mountains behind the chalet were beautiful.

• Stephen (3/5): Mold and poor wifi; stay elsewhere - The location was good (but note that there are several other options in the same vicinity). The walk to the train station is about 10 minutes, but it's an uphill climb, which you'll definitely need to take into account if you have a lot of luggage. FACILITIES: The rooms felt small and cramped and the views were not all that impressive. The pictures on the website look far nicer than the place looks in reality. WIFI: The “high-speed” wifi did not work for 50% of the time we were in the Chalet, and when it did work, the connection was not great. We even powered the router on and off several times as instructed in the chalet's booklet, but that did not rectify the issue. MOLD: There was black mold in the bathroom and in the corner of the living room. LUGGAGE: I explained beforehand that we would be using a luxury baggage service to transport our bags around Switzerland. The baggage service was seamlessly able to transport our 10 heavy bags and place them directly into every other place we stayed (including other car free and hard-to-reach places) with zero intervention from us, but when it came to Chalet Brunner, they were forced to leave our bags at the Wengen train station, which significantly impacted our itinerary during our stay, and resulted in additional expenses getting the bags to and from the station.

• Richard (9/5): A wonderful place to stay to give our grandchildren their first taste of Switzerland! - Ideal location a few minutes (uphill) walk from the centre of Wengen - great for exploring the area. Beautiful views in both directions. Comfortable rooms and very nice large open plan dining lounge area. Excellent Wifi. Good clear instructions on arrival and leaving. Master bedroom was a good size but the other two a bit more compact - plenty of storage space though. Our grandchildren loved all the walking as well as easy access by train to Interlaken and the lakes. Some minor issues: Property description was not clear (at least to us) that this was one of two apartments on the same level with a shared (but boundaried) terrace - although this did not present a problem to us it would have been good to know. Some signs of wear and tear - not all windows opened as they should. Kitchen a bit disorganised - no effort made to keep consistency between guests. The bin for the chalets didn't seem to be emptied in the whole time we were there and was overflowing by the end.
• Moaadh (9/5): Awesome and recommended - Easy access to the apartment, quite place, clean apartment, large space and everything’s. I prefer to provide better pillows than current.
