- Lara (7/5): -
- Yukari (7/5): Pretty good - Location and the kind host who answers any questions in a timely manner The cleaner could do the better job. Dusts around the laundry and couch.
- Marco (10/5): - Posizione fantastica nel cuore di Chelsea Unica cosa manca la TV
- Kat (10/5): -
- Erika (8/5): Great stylish stay in the heart of Chelsea! - The perfect London bolt hole for a short stay.
Location is super, being just off Kings Rd in Chelsea (between the fire station and Battersea bridge).
Very well styled property and it was lovely to come home to, after a day of soaking up London in the Summer. So pretty and comfortable with great furniture and furnishings. And the carpet is wildly cool! The kitchen / bathroom area is cleverly designed, but compact. The bathroom needs a little tlc but overall very clever use of space. (Tip : if you are looking for the laundry it is in the touch cupboard under the stairs)
- Paul (8/5): Great stay in beautiful Chelsea - Very tidy and comfortable Great location to Explore a beautiful area Well equipped kitchen and bathroom No tv unfortunately and no aircon on the hot nights
- Gudrun (9/5): -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Mary (6/5): Pleasant -
- Stella (9/5): Nice cosy stay - The flat is cozy, surprisingly quiet for central London- I am a light sleeper and any noise coming from the street to me is deadly, the staff is very responsive. It is a good value for money. Location is great. I would stay in this flat again. Although bathroom looks small in the photos, the shower cabin is of a good size. Bad lighting over the bathroom mirror- ladies mind that you won’t be able to do make up in the bathroom. No shelfs to keep the products and cosmetics in the bathroom either. It is bearable for a short stay but might be very inconvenient for many days.
- Annette (8/5): A lovely stay in Chelsea - Well presented, convenient location Not applicable
- Tanya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maggie (9/5): Wonderful stay and hope to return. - Loved the location and the facilities. I would have liked the option of a TV just for news etc.
- Kathryn (9/5): Superb -
- Robyn (9/5): Superb -
- Belinda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zah (8/5): A beautiful staycation - The property is clean and in a nice location within walking distance of various pubs, cafes, bistros and restaurants. Most attractions we wanted to see were also within walking distance. A bit compact
- Audrey (10/5): Exceptional - Great position for accessing our activities.
Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom a little awkward but got used to it.
- Margaret (7/5): This is a wonderful location and with a bit more attention to detail could be outstanding - We did not meet the host so can't comment.
The property would benefit from some maintenance ie toilet flush, kitchen tap very wobbly, washing machine cupboard doors loose hinges The glasses available are an odd collection, as are the mugs and cutlery. The toaster doesn't work and there was no drying rack. One is very aware of noise from the upper flat but realise it is an old building without much sound proofing
- Julie (5/5): Host was really good on communication, location was great. Accommodation itself was basic. - Location was good Unbearable noise from people staying upstairs
- Chengyi (8/5): Great location - Great location. The aptartment itself is very clean and comfortable. The hot water and heaters worked well. Quite equipped kitchen. The apartment is in an old building, therefore, if there were guests lived in the upstair flat, the voices could be heard very clearly before they went to sleep.
Even if there were no guests lived in the upstair flat, the neighbors made loud noises around 6-8am on weekdays, and around 8-10am at the weekend.
The last thing is, no sheer curtains in the living room.
- Anne (8/5): Great option for a London stay - Excellent communication with Ruth. Apartment was spotless and comfortable for a couple. Location offered flexible transport options - bus, train & bonus river boat. Lots of local eating options but facilities to eat in as well. Unfortunately there were very noisy guests in the upstairs flat who woke us constantly during the nights they were there. I’m assuming there’s nothing you could do to avoid the possibility of that situation occurring.
- Mike (9/5): Excellent facility in a top location - Host communication, location, kitchen inclusions No tv, no bedside lamp on one side of bed
- Jeannette (8/5): Very good -
- Indira (10/5): Would highly recommend ! Definetly will return. Great location . Wonderful host. - The apartment’s location is fantastic. Kings Road with all its shops and nice restaurants is right behind the corner. The apartment itself is very cosy, clean and comfortable. The host kindly let me check in earlier which was very nice of her and very helpful. Really enjoyed the stay. Looking forward to return. The only little thing I would say will be good to add is a sheer curtains in the living room which you can close during the day without blocking the light completely with the blackouts ,as the apartment is on the ground floor.
- Karl (10/5): A lovely well kept property in a perfect location for Chelsea shopping - Very stylish and comfortable Nothing!
- Luella (10/5): Perfect in everyway! - We were thrilled the moment we opened the door to this lovely bright and spacious apartment in Chelsea. There was plenty of light and because you can open both front and back main windows there was a lovely through-breeze.
The bed was very comfortable with plenty of inbuilt cupboard space to put away your things. The sitting room has a lovely large couch, a little desk to work from (good internet too!) and a dining table. The little kitchen had everything you need with an excellent oven and good-sized fridge and the bathroom has a shower with two separate options (overhead and handheld). There is a washing machine cleverly hidden in the hallway cupboard.
Location was absolutely superb. 30 seconds walk to the Kings Road with all it's wonderful shops, cafe's and supermarkets. And a two minute walk to the beautiful Albert Bridge leading to Battersea Park across the Thames. Oakley Street is wide and although there is traffic we did not feel at all bothered by noise. The bedroom overlooks a very quiet street so there is very little noise at all. Absolutely nothing. This was perfect for us for 9 nine nights and we will definitely stay again next time in London. Ruth, the owner, was super sweet and very communicative and we felt immediately at home.
- Mike (10/5): Divine location in a chic apartment - We loved Oakley street - just up from Tge Thames and other way Kings Road. Minor marks of wear and tear only- most people wouldn’t notice(!)
- Jeannette (9/5): overall was a great experience. We will rent this flat again. - The flat was in a good location to where my daughter lives so easy to walk to. Flat very clean and quiet. No TV so we used our own devices.
Owner was very responsive to requests.
Chelsea is a lovely neighborhood with many cute shops and stores. No shelves or table to place toiletries in the bathroom.
- Polly (8/5): Very good - Amazing location. Comfortable and with a large bed. Perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep whilst in London. No television or microwave.
- Robin (8/5): It was a fantastic location for shops and where my daughter lives - There was no breakfast! A TV would have given me something to watch.
- Benedicte (8/5): Will come back - Location great, decoration nice and trendy. No space in bathroom..need a little table
