- Gabriela (3/5): - Gostei da localização, e do preço e do tamanhodo apartamento. . Da quantidade de sujeira visível do apartamento, vários pontos com acúmulo de pó e poeira( piso, janelas, espelhos, utensílios, rack etc). Quando chegamos, o apartamento estava sujo, conversei com o proprietário e ele me informou que não é pago a taxa de limpeza, porém ele poderia ter avisado, quem quer passar as férias e ficar em um local sujo?Logo que cheguei tive que fazer uma limpeza. Além disso o teto do banheiro estava com um vazamento enorme, que o banheiro permanecia molhado o tempo todo, além do risco de queda do teto.Espero sinceramente que o proprietário tenha um novo olhar para a limpeza, pois o apartamento é ótimo mas precisa melhorar no quesito higiene.
