- Nina (8/5): - Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man braucht bzw notwendig ist. Nicht groß, aber genug Platz, alles vorhanden (Küchenausstattung, Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Schrank,...). Hat auch genau so ausgesehen wie auf den Fotos. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Perfekte, ruhige Lage mit Geschäften, Lokalen und UBahn in der Nähe. Gut, dass ich nicht immer auf Rezensionen "höre" und dennoch gebucht habe. Fenster blieb leider, ohne Polster als Hilfsmittel, nicht offen.
- Aisling (1/5): The worst property I have ever booked - The only positive thing about this property is its location. The property was absolutely filthy. So much so, that I spent a couple of hours cleaning it myself after we arrived. If I could have moved to another property, I would have, however I had already paid in advance and most other properties were booked up for the duration of our stay. Everything from the bathroom to the walls, right down to the container the kitchen utensils were held in was filthy. There was an empty bottle of Captain Morgan left in the bathroom, amongst the rings of dirt. The window to the apartment had no mechanism to keep it open and there is no air con. At no point in our stay were we offered additional towels or sheets (seven night stay). We found two additional towels in a hot press and they were soiled (likely unwashed). The day before checking in, I received an email asking me not to disclose the nature of my trip or the booking platform used to any of the neighbours, as they are not supportive of the venture. Whilst I had no trouble with neighbours, this very unusual message put us very much on edge from the beginning of our trip. Had I received this info at the time of booking, I would have immediately sought alternative accompanied. This, coupled with noticed when you enter the property regarding recent changes to locks, lends itself to a very uneasy stay. Also, on checking into the apartment, there is a large hole in the door where I presume there was previously a lock. This was covered with a little piece of thin metal, however this piece of metal was on the floor when we arrived and stayed there throughout. You can literally look straight through the hole and into the property. This property cost me a substantial sum for the 7 night stay and as a seasoned traveller, I can say it is without a doubt the dirtiest and most misrepresented property I have ever booked. I am disgusted.
- Maria (1/5): One of the worst stays I’ve ever had, unbearably hot, overpriced, and run by an unresponsive host w - I strongly recommend avoiding this apartment due to the poor service, extreme heat, and overall discomfort. The unit is on the fifth floor with no elevator, and there is no air conditioning. During the summer, the apartment becomes unbearably hot, so much so that I had to sleep on the bathroom floor just to find relief. Despite multiple requests for help, the host was unresponsive and blamed a WhatsApp issue for the lack of communication. When I asked to cancel the remaining nights due to the conditions, the request was refused. Additionally, the Wi-Fi barely works, you might get 15 minutes of usable connection at a time, and the apartment is overpriced considering all these issues. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

- David (1/5): There is nothing Heavenly, apart from the location, about this place. - The location was great, a ten minute walk to Bayswater or Paddington stations. Close to a good variety of restaurants. I have attached, below, some of the conversations I had with one of their employees (via WhatsApp) I also called him many times and pointed out all the issues we were experiencing. They are as follows; No apartment number on the set of keys, had to return to the deli where i collected the keys, to check. Keys only fitted the top lock on the door, lower lock not in use. Advertised as room with a view, no view. Bed appeared to be a large single, not a double. Internet very, very slow. Cupboards not closing. Fridge very difficult to open, broken shelf wedged inside the fridge. Power points, in kitchen, not operational. Inner bathroom door handle broken. Ants in the kitchen and fridge. Window blind closer broken. Locked out of our apartment for a day, someone had locked the lower door lock (we had no key to it) No payment of a promised one night's accommodation cost (i did request three) Water leaking from the apartment above into the light fitting in the bathroom, EXTREMELY dangerous. This was possibly the cause of no power to the fridge and power points ie tripping them out.

Impossible to sleep. - Location is great - I could hear my neighbour sneezing - that’s how bad the sound insulation was. Needless to say, I couldn’t sleep at all. - Parking ISN’T included. They say it is but what they mean is that there are independent paid parking facilities around. Any place in the country would have paid parking facilities around. Included parking means it’s free or comes at a highly discounted rate. The parking facilities around cost £30 per day. - 5 flights of narrow stairs up without an elevator and a warning - good luck!

The staff was helpful and they have relocated us in a different apartment, which was a little better, but still with no heating and very small. The property was very cold and only had a single heater. The place smells of mould and the walls are damaged by dampness. It wasn’t clean. Also, it is shown on the description that it has a bedroom and a living room, but in reality is just a room with a bed and a sofa. The bathroom and the kitchen are very small and low height.

- Seiied (1/5): Bad - This property is misleadingly listed as 5 stars which I find fraudulent. There is no one to help, and you will be asked to leave your luggage at the entrance if you arrive before the check in time. I do not recommend it if you are expecting a 5 star service. It could be a good option but they are misleading people with their listing which I find absolutely unacceptable. The property did not share my opinion and did not refund my money, but I don't recommend finding out for yourself.

If you wish to sleep well and rest this Accomodation is definitely not the best option. 2. Moldy smell - this is unacceptable. 3. A lot of defects - table wasn’t stable because it was broken / ceilings in bathroom should be fixed. 4. Smoking - there was a strong smell of weed and cigarettes from neighbours during all my stay, especially in late evenings, this smell was so strong I couldn’t even sleep. I tried to contact managers, they didn’t fix the problem.

- Andrew (3/5): Very disappointing - good location close to Hyde Park The unit was much smaller than we anticipated. In fact, it was not much larger than a hotel room. I contacted the unit manager on the first day wondering if we had the right unit with no response. The walls were paper thin and you could hear every noise and voice from the adjoining property. Their toilet was just the other side of the kitchenette. There was no sofa, just one comfortable chair, the other person had to sit on the bed. There was no carpet, no hot tub, no lounge room or separate bedroom, no desk, no dishwasher, no garden view just rooftops from the 4th floor, not even a bottle opener for my wine which were all in the property description. The toiletries lasted 1 day into our 7 day stay. On the 4th night cigarette smoke entered our room from the adjoining property from behind or above the kitchenette. We lasted 5 of our 7 night stay. The cigarette smoke was the final straw. We paid over 250GBP per night to stay here, the Paddington Hilton was less. There are laws in my country for false advertising, not here it seems. We have been confidently using Booking .com for many years and this is our first bad experience. It should not happen. We enjoyed the last 2 nights of out holiday in an excellent 1 bedroom apartment which we booked with Booking.com.
- Ikechukwu (1/5): You can find better - The location The room looked extremely dated compared To what it advertised on booking.com, the room was not the cleanest especially the bathroom area, I was told to not let neighbors know I was here from booking.com or Airbnb which is extremely strange because why must I lie about my accommodations? Overall the stay was not the most pleasant. As someone who has traveled to London numerous times I took a chance with staying somewhere new and can confidently say that was the first and last time I would staying at this property

- F (1/5): Absolute nightmare! very rude host, incorrect description - falsely advertised. - absolutely terrible and nightmare of an experience. If it was possible to give a zero rating, even that would be too much! property is falsely advertised of having a hot tub as their "special feature". contacting the host, who simply didn't care. I refused to stay at the property as it was not as described and completely misleading requesting a refund. The host was disgustingly rude and degrading with his comments and then was unavailable to speak. I took this up further with booking.com customer services who said it was fine to leave the premises and they will escalate the complaint and issue a refund. 6 weeks later - I am still waiting for that refund!! I paid £775 for 3 nights, trusting that the property description is as advertised. The price charged for what the property actually is as absolutely horrendously overpriced! Not only that, the property is located on the 7th floor, and there is no lift - surely this needs to be added to the description. to add salt to the wounds - I continuously receive messages of how great I was as a customer and I should rate my experience and leave a review - so here you are! The property owner is well aware that there is no hot tub at the premises and yet continues to advertise this is a special feature - how can booking.com allow such people to use their platform??! It is clear that the host is deceitfully enticing customers to stay at the property and getting away with it because of the location, yet the property itself doesn't meet the standards of such a beautiful area. It is not acceptable to say that there is an error in the description and there is nothing we can do. A classic example of daylight robbery!
- Ian (1/5): Extremely poor - Flat on top floor, stair access only Temp in property exceeded H&S guidelines with no fans (offered to deliver later) (ac not installed as per description). Property apparently known to overheat so this should have been dealt with before occupancy not waiting on the guest!!! Property was not habitable Returned the keys straightaway and still waiting on full refund!!

It was in the lower floor and difficult to got down with the luggages. The bed is too soft. And the information of the property provided by the landlord is too late.
- Irene (10/5): Nice and cosy - Very nice and cosy accommodation just a few minutes walk from Padington station. Everything was very clean and all amenities were provided. If you are travelling with a large and heavy suitcase, it can be difficult to climb so many stairs.

- Steve (10/5): Great location and great stay ! - Great access to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Great location and a wonderful host. Everything was great, only thing I would suggest to upgrade was the bed mattress.
- Lisette (7/5): Cute flat, not for the faint, but good leg and upper body (if carrying a heavy case) workout. - Great location and cute flat. Coordinators are easily reachable and helpful. Takes 7 flights of stairs to get to the flat. If you have medical issues and heavy luggage coordinate with the property management. The stairs is like climbing Tiger’s Nest in Bhutan (jelly legs). Have thin walls so can hear the next door neighbour who have late dinners. Have to pick up keys in another location (though relatively nearby). Early checkout (11am) so need to consider dropping off luggage elsewhere for a fee if your flight is late. Bring bottled water with you before going to the flat if you don’t like tap water. You’ll need it especially if you’re carrying a heavy load when you get to the top. Property needs a little love as paint in bathroom starting to peel, the coffee machine starting to leak water, and cabinets need tidying up. Otherwise, if non of this concern you, you’ll have a good stay.

I felt very safe walking in the area. Streets were clean and attractive with baskets of hanging baskets. The room was quiet and had all the amenities I needed. Contact with the manage was easy and I appreciated the welcome message checking that everything was up to my satisfaction I can’t think of any negatives. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

- Dico (1/5): It's a scam. Don't go there. - Nothing Photo totally misleading. No lift 3 floors. No washing machine. What was described as a 700sq foot flat ended up to be a 280sq foot. Smell pee in the bathroom . And limited facilities as too small.

- Robin (8/5): Comfortable apartment in great location with steep climb - Well-designed, easily liveable area with a fairly spacious feel; well decorated. Clean. Well equipped, also with useful provisions (tea bags, coffee [and Nespresso], sugar). Excellent bathroom and shower with air freshener and fully functioning heated towel rail. Comfortable bed. Good washing machine. Excellent wi-fi. Great location. Key pick-up worked well. Particularly good for single occupancy – only 1 comfortable chair. I enjoyed it. My “apartment” was no 13 (no number on the apartment door) right at the top of the building (no elevator): it is an 84-steps climb, the last 18 of which are up a steep, narrow staircase with no handrail – there was no warning of this, and it would honestly defeat some people. Loose wires behind TV. No tea towel (oversight?), so decent washing up limited. No bin liners (oversight?). Calls made to the property contact number (supplied by Booking.com) were neither answered nor returned (despite messages left).

- Charlotte (9/5): Despite the missing key episode, we enjoyed the apartment, the location and its neighborhood. - The apartment is at a great location - less than 10 min walk to London Paddington for the Elizabeth Line to Heathrow and to other London Tube lines. It is also less than 10 min walk to Bayswater and Lancaster Gate. We also enjoyed its proximity to Hyde Park. The apartment is very spacious and it has all the facilities it advertises. We appreciate the wardrobe with plenty of hangers and the hooks at the entrance and on the door to the bathroom. We were able to take advantage of the kitchen to reheat some food and make tea. And the washer/dryer also came in handy. The walls are very thin so we always keep our voice down. The toiletries ran pretty low when we arrived and could have been refilled but we managed to get through during our stay. The wifi could certainly be better since we got disconnected periodically when we tried to do video calls and to watch Netflix (the property manager did tell us that we could have asked them to reboot the router). The biggest disappointment was the initial collection of the apartment keys - we showed up at the convenience store on time just to be told that there were no keys. At first, we were told that the previous occupants might have forgotten to drop off their keys. This caused us to panic as we were super tired and had some heavy luggages with us. We contacted the property management who then got a hold of the previous occupants confirming that they did drop off the key. They asked us to ask the folks at the convenience store to look for the keys. After some looking around, they found the key was lying under the refrigerator. - Hayes (2/5): My 4 night stay lasted 1 night. That sums it up. - Not a thing Owner lied about the property. Very small, heard the neighbors like they were in the same room. Bathroom was weak. Bedroom is not separate. I found a notice slipped under the door that said there would be a crew of exterminators coming to spray for pests on one of the day I paid for. I wasn’t able to contact the property owner. I left after one night.

- Kenneth (5/5): Passable - Great location and a comfortable bed. Barely enough hot water for a single shower, and only if you rush. I had to rinse off in cold water my first morning there. The wifi was slow enough that I just gave up on it. It would have been a real problem for a longer stay. The listing claims the room is 753 sq ft, when 75 sq ft would be closer to the truth. This seems intentionally deceitful as other reviewers have pointed it out, but the listing has not been corrected.
- Dietmar (6/5): Not luxurious as described, standard basement apartment, but ok for staying in a central location. - Got keys from supermarket employee in a easy way. Rooms are normal clean. Central district place, short ways to ground stations in every direction. 5 min to Paddingtion train station. Safe district and roads. Very good restaurant with vegan breakfast around the corner (price not included). Supermarkets around the corner. The apartment was located in the basement / lower ground and not mentioned in the description. Very dirty stairs down to the basement. Garbage in front of the house/stairs the whole week. The furniture is partly worn but ok, but not luxury as you might think on the photos and the description.
- Kristina (7/5): Beautiful location, attentive management team, in a lovely part of London! - This place is perfectly situated near Paddington, in a quiet but lovely area. Walking around was really nice and there are good restaurants all around. The booking information was incorrect, so the unit was less than half the size of what we were expecting (and what I thought I paid for.) I was able to talk to the team to have them make sure booking info is correct in the future, but I would double check the details before you stay!
- Sue (10/5): Fabulous - I loved the location; it is close to shops and restaurants yet in a quiet neighbourhood. There are no lifts, but it's expected as it’s a traditional Victorian house.
- Rivilis (6/5): Comfy bed, but terrible internet and if u want to take a shower (probably only in evenings and mornings when everyone do - From the good - the bed is very comfortable and not far from the station. And it was warm and cozy in the room. I don't like to write bad reviews, but... I think there are three super important things for a traveler: good internet, hot water, and a good night's sleep. My apartment was at the very bottom (number 1). The internet is terrible - I couldn't even make an audio call on telegram. Hot water is a separate story - in the evening I tried to wash myself for an hour and a half. Each time for 1-3 min and after min 10 you wait for the next portion to heat up. At this time you stand wet, with a soaped head and freezing. If there is more than one of you, get ready for a long adventure. In the morning I could go to the shower shortly when apparently everyone in the building was asleep (at around 7 am). From the good - the bed is very comfortable and not far from the station. And it was warm and cozy in the room. But the internet and water spoiled the whole impression (((( unfortunately

- Brent (8/5): Fantastic hosts, perfect location, and really good value. - Bigger than a hotel room Modern and clean bathroom Walls are a bit thin between flats - meaning you can clearly hear the neighbours when they are in their kitchen (clanking glasses and chopping food - not conversation ) Be careful in the shower because the angled roof comes down quite a bit in the bathroom so you can hit your head if not careful!

From the day 1 internet was very poor and inspite of multiple requst from the host , we never got any repair or resolution. As the property in basement so mobile connection is bad too and everytime to make single call we need to step out and make call. property has TV but remote is notprovided and when asked for the remote it was excused that previous owner stolen it . I would not recoemend anyone to stay and waste your hard earned money.
