It also had a decent gym as well. We sadly didn’t have access to the spar while we where there but everything else we wanted to do was great
- Shilong (10/5): - This was a great stay from start to finish. The place is bright, modern, and extremely clean. It’s in a great location that’s easy to reach, with everything you might need close by. Check-in was smooth thanks to the host’s detailed instructions.
The host was kind and attentive, making sure everything was okay throughout the stay. It really felt like they cared about providing a good experience. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. Walking around 5-10 mins to pick-up keys.

- Darryl (1/5): Lack of a key caused a lot of stress and anxiety not being able to use acc - We didn’t have a 6digit code so couldn’t get a key we didn’t have a phone number to ring so had to get alternative accommodation which cost another $420.00
As the lack of a 6 digit number was your fault I would like my money refunded

I really felt short-changed The overall cleanliness was poor. Dining table, kitchen tops, cabinets were greasy and dusty. No hair dryer, not enough hangers, not enough toilet rolls, .....pillows and blankets didn't look properly washed,,,,,YUCKs!!!!!

- Hanifa (7/5): Overpriced. - The apartment has what you want. Wifi was good. Car park was secured. Location, not close to anything. There are no sockets in the living room or dining room area, we could only use our computer in the bedroom. The beds were soft. It was Iike water bed. Rather dark. Small living room area, a bit claustrophobic.
- Sisgoogoo (9/5): Superb - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chapter 3! The 2-bedroom apartment's prime location. It's a 9-minute walk to Monash Caulfield, Coles is a mere 7-minute walk away and a 6-minute drive to Chadstone Shopping Mall.
It's clean and comes with a fully functional kitchen with essential appliances such as an Electric Kettle, Toaster, Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Stove, and dishwasher making meal preparation a breeze—additionally, amenities like the Washer, Dryer, and vacuum cleaner added to the convenience.
Overall, Chapter 3 exceeded our expectations with its prime location, peaceful ambience, and well-appointed amenities. We highly recommend it for family travel! We can't wait to return.
